| By sharing teaching information resources through We Chat,teachers can not only reduce repetitive work and content,but also help optimise the allocation of teaching information resources,thus improving the utilisation of teaching information resources.However,there are now a large number of problems with county primary school teachers using We Chat to share teaching information.The key to solving the problem is to clarify their motivation for sharing teaching information,so as to propose effective countermeasures to promote county primary school teachers’ We Chat teaching information sharing,better stimulate their enthusiasm and initiative in using We Chat to share teaching information,and turn external inducements into internal needs,and therefore to conduct a study on county primary school teachers’ use of We Chat for Motivations for sharing teaching information are studied.Based on the current situation of sharing teaching information through We Chat among primary school teachers in the county based on the observation method,this study combined the author’s years of grassroots teaching experience to make a research design on the motivation of sharing teaching information through We Chat among primary school teachers in the county,using a stratified sampling method to sample primary school teachers in County G.Face-to-face in-depth interviews were conducted with primary school teachers in the county by means of unstructured interviews to explore the motivation of primary school teachers in different schools to The specific situation of using We Chat to share teaching and learning information and to find out the motivation of primary school teachers in the county to use We Chat to share teaching and learning information through rooting theory.The results of the study showed that:(1)The importance of county primary school teachers’ motivation for sharing teaching information on We Chat was ranked in order of work motivation,altruistic motivation,self-growth motivation,self-determination motivation,basic needs,and reward motivation.Among them,basic needs are a hindering factor for county primary school teachers to use We Chat to share teaching and learning information.(2)The motivational factors for teachers in county primary schools to share teaching information through We Chat were,in order of importance,work motivation,altruistic motivation,self-growth motivation,self-determination motivation,and reward motivation,among which,work motivation,altruistic motivation,and self-growth motivation were significantly influenced,and reward motivation was the least influenced.In the course of the study,it was found that county primary school teachers have problems in terms of motivation to share We Chat teaching information.Therefore,this paper proposes effective countermeasures to promote We Chat teaching information sharing among county primary school teachers from both the school and teacher sides.Specific approaches on the part of schools are to strengthen school infrastructure,build a platform for sharing We Chat information,improve the We Chat sharing assessment system,and organise information technology enhancement activities.Among them,schools can strengthen school infrastructure construction in terms of improving internet speed and network coverage,deploying high-quality teaching equipment and building teaching information resource banks,build a We Chat information sharing platform in terms of establishing information sharing We Chat groups and creating We Chat sharing public numbers,and organise information technology enhancement activities in terms of providing teachers with information skills training and conducting We Chat application training activities.The teacher aspect includes further training for outstanding teachers and voluntary pairing of teachers to help.In this way,the high-quality development of We Chat teaching information sharing among primary school teachers in the county is promoted. |
