Research On Independent Entrepreneurship Among College Students In The Independent College Of Fujian

With the proposal of national policy "Public entrepreneurship and innovation",college students have set off a wave of self-employment,college students are actively engaged in entrepreneurship,not only can they solve their own employment problems,they can also provide more jobs for the society and relieve the pressure on social employment.The independent college aims to train high-quality applied undergraduate talents,and its students are an important component of the self-employed group of college students.The research of this topic takes the 7 independent college in Fujian Province before June 2019 as research samples,combined with the research of domestic and foreign literature,through questionnaires and field and other survey methods,we collected data on entrepreneurship intentions of independent college students and entrepreneurship status of entrepreneurs of independent college students,and concluded that independent college students have a strong willingness to start their own businesses and have achieved certain results,but there are also problems such as lack of practical experience,lack of funds,low gold content in entrepreneurial projects,unscientific management,insufficient human resources,and lack of understanding of support policies and the entrepreneurial environment,the reasons for the above problems include: lack of scientific guidance for entrepreneurship education,narrow access to entrepreneurship capital,lack of core technical support for entrepreneurial projects,lack of professional talents for the establishment of entrepreneurial teams,and lack of support for entrepreneurial policies.Therefore,this article is guided by the Marxist sinicization theory and uses relevant principles of management,especially Keynes’ s theory of employment,Schumpeter’s innovation theory,Timmons’ entrepreneurial process model and entrepreneurial ecosystem theory and others as the theoretical support,drawing on the development experience of self-employed in some independent colleges in China,and based on the regional economic characteristics of Fujian Province,from the levels of individual entrepreneurs of college students,families,colleges,society,and national policies and entrepreneurial environments,etc.,pointedly gives countermeasures and suggestions to improve the entrepreneurial level of independent college students.
