Kindergarten science curriculum is an important carrier for children’s scientific learning,plays an important role in scientific enlightenment education,and has unlimited value for the life-long development of children.The township central kindergarten is the leading garden of rural kindergartens,leading the development of rural preschool education,and has a model and guiding role in the development of rural kindergartens.Therefore,it is of great significance to analyze the status quo of the implementation of science curriculum in rural kindergartens with township central kindergartens as the object,to improve the quality of the implementation of science curriculum in rural township kindergartens and the development of rural preschool education in China.In this study,21 township central kindergartens in 21 townships in Y County,Fujian Province are selected as the research object.The means of literature,observation,interview,questionnaire and other methods are mainly used to conduct field surveys on the selected research objects.Combined with the collected data and cases,the current situation is analyzed from the aspects of the science curriculum objectives,science curriculum content,science curriculum organization and implementation,science curriculum evaluation,and resource guarantee for the implementation of science curriculum in township central kindergartens.The research findings are as follows.In the science curriculum goals,the phenomenon of teachers setting up science curriculum goals and copying teaching materials is serious,and there is a big deviation in the understanding and practice of science curriculum goals.In the content of science courses,the choice of teachers is limited to "Fujian Kindergarten Teacher Education Books",and the actual selection of science courses deviates from the starting point,and the proportion of science courses constitutes an imbalance.In the organization and implementation of science curriculum,the organization form of science curriculum is single,the frequency of scientific regional activities is low,and teachers’ teaching behavior of science curriculum deviates from children’s age characteristics.In the evaluation of science courses,teachers are at a loss in the actual operation of evaluation of science courses,and the ability of new and old teachers to evaluate science courses varies greatly.In resource protection,the faculty is relatively weak,and the scientific activity areas are generally not fully equipped and have low utilization rates.Subsequently,the factors affecting the implementation of the science curriculum in the township kindergarten are analyzed from the aspects of the science curriculum,internal factors of the kindergarten,and external factors of the kindergarten.Based on the analysis of the current situation and the analysis of influencing factors,relevant suggestions are made from four aspects: education management,teaching and research training,teachers,and parents,with a view to providing a valuable reference for further improving the implementation of the science curriculum in the township central kindergarten.
