Evaluation Research On The Coordinated Development Of Sports Venues And Social Economy In Fujian Province

With the continuous improvement of our country’s social and economic developmental level,the enthusiasm of the whole society to participate in sports runs high.And governments at all levels are paying more attention to the development of sports.Since October 2014,the nationwide fitness program has been promoted as a national strategy.Since then,the construction of sports venues around the country has been significantly improved in terms of quantity,scale and investment.The change of sports venues is closely related to the development of social economy.First of all,the reasonable allocation of sports venues can provide a good spatial carrier for the development of social economy,which will be strongly promoted by it.In turn,the development of social economy will generate a strong demand for sports venues,consequently guide the development of national fitness.County economy is a kind of regional economy based on administrative division,which is a regional economy with county as the center,town as the link and countryside as the backland.The rapid development of county economy in Fujian province promotes the high-quality development of sports industry.The economic development of each county city is not balanced,the investment to sports field construction is also different.Therefore,take “the ten strong county” in the aspect of the county economy in Fujian province from 2009 to 2018 as the research object,with sustainable development theory,system theory,the coordinated development theory,economic control theory as the instruction,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the existing research results on the relationship between the development and change of sports venues and social and economic development at home and abroad,based on the development of county sports playgrounds in Fujian province from 2009 to 2018 and the analysis of the social economic development,this paper analyzes the coordination degree between the development of sports sites and the development of social economy in the county of Fujian province in the past ten years by combining qualitative and quantitative methods,and probes into the coordination degree between the development of sports sites and the development of social economy.Using methods of literature analysis and expert consultation to construct an evaluation index system of sports venues in Fujian province in 2009-2018 and social economic development level of coordination degree,the entropy value method is used to determine the weights of index system,and through the coordinated degree,coordinated development degree evaluation model of county sports playgrounds in Fujian province from 2009 to 2018 and the social economy coordinated development has carried on the evaluation and empirical analysis.The results show that :(1)according to the evaluation results of the coordination degree of the overall sports venues and social and economic development of the top 10 counties from 2009 to 2018,the coordination degree between the two systems has developed and changed well,from good coordination to high quality coordination,and the highest coordination value in 2012 is 0.99995.The coordination degree increased from good coordination in 2009 to high quality coordination in 2018,and the coordination degree increased from 0.82487 to 1.This shows that the gap between sports venues and socio-economic development level is narrowed,that is,the degree of similarity is high.(2)From 2009 to 2018,the coordinated development degree of the overall sports venues and social and economic development of the top 10 counties finally reached the high quality coordination range from reluctantly coordination,primary coordination,intermediate coordination and good coordination.In 2009,the degree of coordinated development was 0.82487,which was increased to 0.97541 in 2018,with an increase of0.15054,from barely coordinated sports field lag type to high-quality coordinated sports field lag type.Thus it can be seen that the overall sports venues of the top ten counties and the social and economic development have not reached the same development speed and direction in the corresponding period.(3)According to the evaluation results of the coordination degree between sports venues and social economy in the top 10 counties from 2009 to 2018,four of them are in a state of excellent coordination.There are 6 counties and urban areas in a state of good coordination;There are 3 counties and urban areas in the state of intermediate coordination;One county and urban area is in a state of primary coordination.According to the evaluation results of the coordinated development of sports venues and social economy in the top 10 counties from 2009 to 2018,6 counties and urban areas respectively belong to the lagging type of well-coordinated development of sports venues.There are 6 counties and urban areas are of the primary coordinated development sports field lag type;There are two counties and urban areas are the sports field lag type.(4)From the time series analysis,from 2009 to 2018,the coordination degree of all counties and urban areas fluctuated,with the fluctuation of the low-level coordination category being the largest and the fluctuation of the quality coordination category the smallest.In 2016,the number of counties and urban areas reaching the quality coordination was the largest(12),and the rest years were very few.Dissonance kind drops somewhat in this 10 years,primary,intermediate and good coordination rise somewhat in two years,barely coordinate type rises slightly,the county city area that can achieve high-quality coordination appears gradually.(5)From the analysis of quadrant diagram,it can be seen that there are 6 counties and cities in the first quadrant,namely Jinjiang city,Fuqing city,Nan ’an city,Anxi county,Hui ’an county and Shishi city.They are the regions with the best coordinated development of sports venues and social economy,and their coordinated development is relatively optimal.Located in the third quadrant are Yongan city,Shanghang county,Longhai city,Minhou county,Changle district,Shaxian county,Lianjiang county,7counties and urban areas,and located in the fourth quadrant of Changtai county,is the sports venues and social and economic coordination development is relatively poor areas,the situation of the two coordination development is relatively weak.Based on the evaluation results,we propose the following Suggestions on how to coordinate the relationship between sports venues and the level of social and economic development: implement the national strategy of national fitness,and help the construction of sports venues;Give play to the leading role of the government in the construction of sports venues;All counties and urban areas can take the opportunity of hosting all kinds of events to improve the utilization rate and operating efficiency of sports venues.To expand the investment and financing channels of sports facilities construction;We will optimize the distribution of industries and promote the coordinated development of counties.
