The factor analysis the development level of higher education and regional economy of Heilongjiang province by the method of principal component analysis, and then obtain major cities in Heilongjiang Province rank ordering of integrated assessment of regional economy and higher education. On this basis, it confirms the positive correlation and causal relationship between higher education and regional economy development of Heilongjiang Province by the method of correlation analysis and causal analysis. And we raise interactive mode of higher education and regional economy in Heilongjiang Province, that are university science and technology industrial park model, university city model, cooperate in training model, and promote policies and countermeasures of coordinated development between them, Including government guidance, optimization of the discipline structure and professional structure, a wide rang of cooperation with local governments and enterprises, and optimization of higher education investment management, act.
