As China’s economy transforming from a trend of high-speed growth to high-quality development,the gap of talents in various industries has gradually narrowed,which has resulted in the fact that people facing fierce competition in job hunting and promotion.Nowadays,college graduates are in urgent need of enhancing their interview level,and employees with working experiences need to improve their educational level,which promotes the rapid development of private education training consulting industry.With the improvement of education and training market,the number of private education and training institutions is also increasing,and the industry competition has become more and more fierce.Founded in 2017,Lanzhou Qingmu Educating and Consulting Corporation is a private education and training institution with the main business of improving on-the-job education,public examination counseling and providing enterprise consulting services.Facing fierce competition in the education and training market in Lanzhou,the current marketing strategy of Lanzhou Qingmu Educating and Consulting Corporation has been difficult to satisfy the increasing needs of its customers.Taking Lanzhou Qingmu Educating and Consulting Corporations research object,this thesis analysis the macro marketing environment from the aspects of the political and legal environment,economic environment,social culture environment and technology environment faced by the company,uses Port’s Five model to analyze the competition environment faced by the company,and combined with the company’s own advantages and disadvantages and the external opportunities and threats facing,puts forward the marketing strategy target of the company.Through the market research to obtain research data,this thesis also analysis of the company’s marketing strategy and marketing strategy status and existing problems.Based on STP and 7PS theory,the paper puts forward the improvement plan of the marketing strategy and the corresponding guarantee measures.
