There are many problems in Education Consulting Company such as the shortage of talents,the lack of innovation and the extensive development of the industry.The biggest problem is the lack of teaching research in the educational consulting industry.Based on the background of the Internet era,Internet marketing is still in the imperfect stage.The Changsha Education Consulting Co.Ltd is faced some problems :the current bottleneck in the development of the company mainly in the private education,and then the corporate social recognition is not high,competition in the industry are huge,and the needs of each issuing unit acceptance to the organization of training,business single,lack of sustainable development and innovation capacity,high cost and so on the actual enrollment situation.In this paper,a diagnosis from Changsha Education Consulting Co.marketing environment and the current marketing strategy analysis,combined with the analysis of the education and training industry competition environment,through the analysis,for the internal environment,external environment analysis,found the company strategic development strategy in product strategy is not reasonable,service quality and price,and limited recruitment channels business single,teachers can not keep up with high-end service and other strategic issues.In order to solve the problems in the marketing strategy,the paper provides some suggestions for improvement.The diagnosing and improving on marketing strategy of Changsha chuang yi education consulting company,which is worth to study.First,it can guide the company to improve the marketing strategy,and then to enhance management efficiency and promote the implementation of marketing strategy has practical significance,this study explores how to adopt the strategy of diversified development of education and training industry in the Internet Era,and provide the reference for education and training industry strategic choice.
