Policy Evaluation On Initial Stage Of College Students’ Entrepreneurship Based On Matching Analysis

College students’ entrepreneurship is a hot topic for scholars at home and abroad.A large number of studies and examples show that due to the lack of funds,entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial knowledge,college students have the strongest demand for entrepreneurial policies in the initial stage of entrepreneurial activities.For College entrepreneurs,whether the entrepreneurship policy can meet their actual needs of entrepreneurship is the key to their first step of entrepreneurship.At present,college students’ entrepreneurship needs and policies have been widely concerned by scholars,but the current research on College Students’ entrepreneurship policies is still relatively scarce.Based on the theory of entrepreneurship process and entrepreneurship ecology,this thesis uses stakeholder theory to establish the supply-demand relationship model of policies in the initial stage of college students’ entrepreneurship,and evaluates the policies in the initial stage of College Students’ entrepreneurship by analyzing the matching of specific policies.By means of questionnaire and interview,this thesis identifies the policy needs of college students in initial stage,studies the supply and demand dynamics of these specific policies,calculates the matching situation of each specific policy by using the policy supply-demand matching model,and puts forward corresponding policy suggestions.The main conclusions of the thesis are as follows: from the perspective of the overall matching of policies,the matching of environmental policies is good,and the matching of financial policies and education policies are poor.In the specific policies,the financing policy and loan policy are far from meeting the needs of entrepreneurs.In the educational policy,the policies related to entrepreneurship practice and entrepreneurship curriculum have a big deviation from the needs of entrepreneurs in the early stages of entrepreneurship.In terms of the specific matching value,policies of entrepreneurship information service,guaranteed loan discount and tax fee relief are more compatible;Policies of entrepreneurship practices and financing have the lowest degree of compatibility,which need to be strengthened.
