| Compared with the training of academic talents in general higher education,higher vocational education lays particular stress on the training of high-tech applied talents.The higher vocational college is an ordinary higher education institution which is dominated by college specialized education.It is an important part of China’s higher education and also an important part of vocational education.It is responsible for the mission of training high-skilled and application-oriented specialized talents who are needed in the first line of production,construction,service and management.Vocational education is a characteristic education mode in higher vocational colleges,which occupies an important position.At the same time,higher vocational education is also the high-level education in China’s vocational education system.The school physical education and health curriculum are inextricably linked with vocational education.Research purposes: this paper aims to professional fitness course is widely used in higher vocational colleges,to meet the physical condition of students to adapt themselves to the future career,have corresponding professional ability,which includes professional theoretical knowledge and practical skills,but also pay attention to exercise professional physical ability,cultivate good professional psychological quality as well as learn to occupational health knowledge,enhance the professional life,adapt to the career path and extend his career.Research methods: this paper mainly adopts questionnaire survey and expert interview to investigate college students from 20 representative vocational colleges and universities,so as to understand their cognition of physical education courses and vocational physical fitness courses of the university.In addition,the author consulted 180 national and provincial model and ordinary higher vocational colleges about the physical education curriculum setting and interviewed relevant physical education teachers,and realized the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of vocational physical education curriculum.The classification of occupational physical ability is also carried out in combination with the Delphi method.Results: in this study,found that the higher vocational school not comprehensive courses in professional fitness,and occupational physical curriculum development is not perfect enough,the specific implementation of the effect is not ideal,the main reason is:higher vocational colleges itself positioning is not clear,the concept of professional fitness,fuzzy classification method,lack of professional fitness course teaching material,the school is not comprehensive development of students’ professional abilities.Some colleges and universities are faced with such problems as insufficient sports venues,equipment and other facilities,weak faculty and unreasonable teaching staff.Research conclusions:1.Classify occupational physical fitness into four types: office type,upright type,sporty type and special post type.2.In view of the low popularity rate of vocational physical fitness courses,it is suggested to carry out the coordination between theory and practice,and popularize the concept,classification and other theoretical knowledge of vocational physical fitness to each higher vocational college.3.Make an in-depth study of the characteristics of various majors set up by the school and the physical abilities suitable for the future career,and conduct targeted physical education courses.4.Establish a relevant expert research group to continuously discuss the problems encountered in the implementation of vocational physical fitness courses,improve the vocational physical fitness education system,and train innovative and applied talents to adapt to the modern society. |
