| Teachers’ professional identity is the recognition of their own profession and the result of the combination of personal value and teachers’ professional significance.From the perspective of occupation,teacher’s professional identity is one of the social occupations of teachers,and the identity generated by individual’s social evaluation is generally affected by social status,social image and other factors.Educational practice is the most important practice opportunity for normal university students before they become teachers,and it is also an important part of the whole normal education.This paper adopts literature method,questionnaire,interview method and observation method,from the teachers vocational cognition,vocational emotion and teachers’ professional reputation from three aspects,level 2017 in A normal university primary school education professional level 2019 primary school education undergraduate and graduate students as the object of investigation,analysis of teachers’ professional identity change before and after the internship.The results are as follows :(1)The overall level of professional identity of teachers in the normal university of primary education major is relatively high.Before the internship,the dimensions of professional cognition and professional emotion are at a medium level,but after the internship,they are elevated to a higher level,and there are significant differences before and after the internship.The professional reputation dimension of teachers was at a high level before the internship,but slightly improved after the internship.(2)The professional identity of teachers of normal university students majoring in primary education is affected by individual factors,school factors and social factors,among which the school factor has the greatest influence.Among the school factors,the guidance of trainee teachers has the most prominent influence.(3)The role of educational practice varies significantly among individuals,so individualized teaching is needed.(4)The professional identity of teachers of normal university students majoring in primary education is significantly affected by gender differences.The professional identity of teachers of female students is higher than that of male students before and after the internship,but the influence of educational internship on male students is greater.According to the research conclusions,it is proposed to pay attention to the practice situation of normal university students and solve difficulties well.Increase the educational practice opportunity,strengthen the internship supervision;Seize the opportunity of education practice,promote employment and enhance the professional cognition of teachers of normal university students,and make good preparation for practice. |
