Research On Education Public Opinion Governance Based On Guiding Relationship

The rapid development of Internet technology and the widespread use of new media platforms have provided important channels for many netizens to express their own emotions,attitudes and opinions.Everyone has the conditions to become a participant and supervisor of social problem solving.Education has become the highsensitivity field of the public opinion currently.The number of explosions is increasing and it is very easy to trigger the sensitive nerves of the people and quickly form a public opinion boom.Education public opinion are undergoing a reinvention from“management” to “governance”.The guiding relationship is the core relationship in the process of graduate education,and it is an important link to promote graduate education to the world-class level.However,in recent years,the conflicts between graduate students and tutors have been frequent.The cases of alienation of guiding relationship have been frequent and they have been rapidly fermented on the Internet,which has received widespread attention and caused adverse effects.The lack of public opinion governance ability of the education management department has also become increasingly prominent.This has led to the fact that once an incident occurs,the government often cannot respond quickly in the first place,seriously affecting the public opinion and the credibility and image of the government and the school.Therefore,from the perspective of public opinion governance,research on the guiding relationship,as soon as possible to capture,understand and clarify the characteristics and mode of operation of education in the new media environment.This research is conducive to providing a basis for education and public opinion governance of relevant departments,and is of great significance for building a harmonious,orderly,mutually beneficial and win-win relationship,and plays an important role and value in promoting comprehensive reform of education and maintaining social stability.This article takes the guiding relationship alienation event--"the death of a doctor who was born in humble family " as the research object,and comprehensively uses literature analysis,case study,social network analysis,statistical analysis research methods to study the education public opinion in the new media environment.This paper constructs the analytical framework of educational public opinion research,summarizes the main problems and causes of current education public opinion governance,and proposes countermeasures and suggestions for guiding relationship public opinion governance based on the research results.Based on the systematic review of the domestic and foreign students’ guiding relationship,education,and public opinion governance research,this study conducts an empirical analysis of the education public opinion of guiding relationship.Using web crawler software Goo Seeker to obtain 13050 related topic data.For the collected data,use Gephi for mapping and social network measurement to analyze the structural characteristics of the propagation network;Use Excel to draw the time-history map of public opinion evolution,and classify and characterize the education public opinion of guiding relationship.Use KNIME to extract text keywords,analyze the theme of lyric information and its changes.Through the above analysis,this paper aims to discover the characteristics of the network structure,the evolution process and the changes of the content of the teachings,and explore the deficiencies and causes in the process of education public opinion.Based on the above analysis,this paper puts forward the control strategy,guiding countermeasures and safeguard measures for education public opinion governance.First of all,this paper proposes three aspects of control strategy based on the educational public opinion network structure.Secondly,the education management department should master the evolution process of education public opinion,be familiar with the characteristics of each stage of communication,and adopt different guiding measures in stages;Finally,the governance of the education public opinion requires the participation of the government,the school,and the tutor.The advantages of each governance body should be integrated to form a cooperative public opinion governance pattern.
