Research On Social Work Helping College Students’ Ideological And Political Work

The country has always been paying great attention to the growth of young people.General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed for many times that the ideological and political work in colleges and universities is related to the fundamental problem of what ki nd of people colleges and universities train,how to train people and for whom,and we should adhere to the cultivation of moral education as the central link.Ideological and political work plays an important role in the growth of young people and is an i mportant way to cultivate correct values for young people.Therefore,doing a good job of id eological and political work for young people is an important link for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of moral education.At present,t he social structure of our country has changed,and the emergence of various ideological trends has a great impact on the thinking of the youth.The problems of the youth are becoming more and more diversified,and the ideological and political work begins to face some challenges.The traditional means can no longer meet the requirements of the development of contemporary youth,and the working methods are in urgent need of innovation.The working concept and method of social work are similar to those of yo uth ideological and political work.It is of great significance for the development of youth to introduce social work into the id eological and political work of youth and make up for the shortcomings in the current work.This paper analyzes the current status of ideological and political leadership of young college students in S universities,through interviews to understand the ideological status of current college students in S universities and their attitudes towards ideological and political leadership,and to understand the current advantages and disadvantages of relevant organizations carrying out college students ideological and political work of college students ideological and political work.Then it analyzes the necessity and advantages of social work’s involvement in ideological and political work.Then,based on the school’s Young Marxist Learning Theory Society,it uses the method of group work to carry out group activities.In combination with practical work mode,it carries out case analysis an d finds that: Group activities have unique advantages in intervening in the id eological and political work of college students which is of great significance to the development of college students.It can provide new paths and methods for the ideological a nd political work of college students,and greatly improve the effectiveness of the id eological and political work.
