General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that we should learn from exemplary models.A good example is like a mirror and a banner.Learning from a good example is to make up for shortcomings,try to emulate good people,and examine ourselves when we see bad ones.As one of the core courses of college students,model education aims at guiding and cultivating college students to become useful talents for the development of the Party and the country,setting up correct views on the history of the Party,the history of the country,the view of the nation,the view of the example,cultivating the political quality of college students,and improving the quality of college students.But as the change of external environment,the college students’ own factors,the current model of college students’ education still exists excessive idolatry,mechanical model and single method,the problem of insufficient propaganda,therefore,the countermeasures of improving the example education of university students,strengthen the example the civilized educating function of education,become a rapidly changing environment in and out of the new era of the realistic problem urgently solved.This not only plays an important role in promoting the growth of college students,but also plays a great role in promoting the implementation of moral education in colleges and universities.It is also a solid foundation for the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.This paper uses literature research method,sample survey method and other methods from the following four parts of the new era to strengthen the countermeasures of college students’ model education.This paper takes strengthening the model education of college students as the central idea,and is divided into four parts.The first chapter analyzes the background and significance of the topic,the status quo of research at home and abroad and other aspects.The second chapter analyzes the connotation of model education,the basis of Marxist model education and the development process of model education since the new China.The third part affirms the achievements of model education and analyzes the problems of model education: excessive idolatry,single model,rigid method and insufficient publicity.The fourth part mainly puts forward the countermeasures of model education,and guides the idol worship positively and correctly: cognitive guidance,change the fuzzy understanding;Experience education,sublimation idol worship.Constructing a reasonable model education model: inculcating learning and inspiring learning complement each other;Overt education and implicit education are closely coordinated.Innovate various model education methods:establish a new image,enhance the new effect of education;Pay attention to imperceptible,change civilization into culture.To build a good atmosphere of example education: to tamp the teaching atmosphere of example education;We will guide mainstream media to establish a sound atmosphere.In this way,we can improve the effectiveness of model education.
