| EQ is a person to control his emotion,cognitive others mood emotion and the ability to deal with relationships between themselves and others,is that people should have the basic quality.College students is a national valuable human resources,not only must have the solid cultural background,also should have high EQ accomplishment,to meet the needs of social development for talent.The overall condition of the current college students’ EQ is good,and generally promote emotional intelligence quality,EQ consciousness constantly strengthen,most of the students with good psychological quality and strong team cooperation consciousness,there still exist some problems,a few students in the self cognition,emotion management and interpersonal aspects have weak links.These problems affected the all-round development of college students,the study of ideological and political workers and thinking.In view of this,this paper we do research on college students’ emotional problems.In this paper,using literature analysis,questionnaire investigation,interview method,such as research methods,in learning and absorbing previous scholars on the basis of research achievements at home and abroad,from the basic problems of college students’ EQ education overview of sorting out the basic situation and main problems of college students’ emotional intelligence,and the influencing factors of college students’ emotional intelligence of full system analysis,based on this put forward measures to strengthen college students’ EQ education.The main research contents and results were as follows:First,the study about the present situation of college students’ EQ.Design of the current situation of college students’ emotional intelligence questionnaire,and the selection of shenyang agricultural university,northeast university,dalian university of foreign studies three sampling questionnaire survey on the college students,and on the basis of survey data,to obtain the first hand information for analysis.Investigation and analysis,according to the results of the current college students’ eq situation presents a satisfactory overall in good condition,but some still exist some problems in college students’ emotional intelligence,in the following aspects:students’ cognitive bias,emotion coordination ability is poor,weak ability to resist frustrations,such as self-centered tendencies in interpersonal communication.Our attention to be paid more attention to these questions.Second,many factors of affecting college students’ emotional intelligence system is analyzed.Analysis pointed out that,due to the further development of market economy,the influence of the negative impact of network bad information;The importance of the college students’ emotional intelligence education in colleges and universities needs to be strengthened,college students’ EQ education content and education method needs to be improved;Family "IQ,EQ" training mode,the influence of parents to ignore emotional intelligence education of their children;College students’ self cultivation consciousness is not strong,the college students’ self control ability is weak,the lack of students’ psychological adjustment and causes the part of the college students’ emotional intelligence has some problems.Third,puts forward the measures to strengthen college students’ EQ education.Specific include:the social public opinion environment conducive to college students’ emotional intelligence education,purification is helpful to college students’ EQ education network environment,the optimization is helpful to college students’ EQ education family environment;Play to the dominant position of classroom teaching,creating new emotional intelligence training program,to strengthen the construction of harmonious campus culture.To the art community as the carrier to carry out the emotional intelligence training,carry out various social practice education activities,attaches great importance to the mental health education and psychological consultation;Cultivate EQ education self consciousness,master the methods of EQ education itself.Expect these countermeasures and Suggestions to improve college students’ EQ education provide reference and reference. |
