Using the force of examples is a widely accepted teaching method in ideological and political education. It’s easier to reach the goal that the educated accept the good qualities learned from those examples more effectively. For undergraduates,This influence would be more significant. As the base to cultivate talents, universities has used the power of examples to raise qualified students and guide them to be fit in the with the market demand since reform and opening-up. Nevertheless, due to the deepening of this strategy and the conflict of all kinds of different culture, not only does the market economy develop but also inspires the change of modern ideology. Particularly, for young adults that have striking personalities and lively mind, their attitude and values are becoming more diversified.Under this situation, it is of vital importance to figure out the problems of how to use the force o examples more effectively and how to fit in the new demands of ideological and political education.Study shows that there are problems in many aspects of consciousness,the content and the methods of model education for college students, many scholars from the psychology and behavior of the multi angle exploration, but the lack of in-depth discussion from the perspective of value of model education.This paper takes Marx Marxist theory, introduced the management of education model of college students perceived value perspective, is divided into seven parts: the introduction mainly use the research methods of literature review, facing the basic problem, the model education of college students the characteristics, value and basic theory from the theoretical level; the first chapter is the core concept and connotation related to the existing research of model and model education in the exposition and analysis. The second chapter is to analyze and summarize the development process, experience and lessons of the example education of college students in china.The third chapter, starting from the research needs, discusses the model, educational ideas and related theories, including Marx doctrine, model education theory and related research theory, and gets inspiration from it,and discusses the value of College Students’ model education, including Marx’s theory of value, the concept of perceived value and its application in the model education of College students. The fourth chapter through three empirical research, respectively. The effect of model education for college students’ perceived value factors and structure, the establishment of model education for college students perceived value "development value", "value" and "social value" dimension; according to the double identity of college students in the example education practice, explored the perception value of the status quo of model education for college students and college students the difference of perceived value model education.The fifth chapter mainly analyzes the existing problems and causes of the model education of college students from the perspective of perceived value, and finally forms the Countermeasures of the model education of college students from the perspective of perceived value. The sixth chapter according to the empirical investigation and analysis results, combined with the three dimensions of College Students’ model education,perceived value, and set up the corresponding example education countermeasures. At the end of this paper,the main conclusions and shortcomings of this paper are given,and the limitations of this study and the future research directions are pointed out.
