| According to the international aging standards,a country or a region is considered to be aging when people over 60 years old account for 10% of the total population,or when people over 65 years old account for 7% of the total population.According to data from the National Bureau of Statistics,Henan Province has entered an aging society since 2000.The number of left-behind elderly people is increasing year by year,and the phenomenon of empty nest is very common.Old people in rural areas have no pension and their education level is low;The elderly education problems,such as weakened family function,prominent physical diseases,reduced cultural and recreational activities,and spiritual consolation,are becoming increasingly prominent.In rural areas,there are almost no universities or training units for the elderly that effectively combine education for the elderly with old-age care.The supply of old-age care education resources for the elderly in rural areas is obviously insufficient,so it is urgent to carry out old-age care education for the elderly in rural areas.From the perspective of active aging,it is of great significance to re-examine how to realize the old-age care education service for the elderly in rural areas of Henan Province,for perfecting government policies,clarifying the old-age care education supply mode,enriching the spiritual and cultural life of the elderly,and improving the quality of life of the elderly.This paper first consulted the supply and demand of rural elderly pension education,rural elderly pension education policy,pension education theory and other related literature,for the follow-up study of rural elderly pension education issues to lay the foundation;Secondly,it analyzes the role positioning of the relevant stakeholders in rural elderly care education.Thirdly,descriptive statistics and regression analysis methods are used to find the main factors affecting rural elderly pension education.Finally,for the elderly pension education supply in rural areas of Henan Province encountered difficulties: Low economic income of the rural elderly,autonomy is not strong,the supply of education form a single,pension professional talent education institutions is not strong,the lack of top-level design and planning,provide for the aged education culture has not yet formed,from the government-led,old-age education institutions cooperate with collaboration,the elderly reshaping themselves right concept,strengthening the rural old-age education popularization and other aspects,explores a Henan rural old-age education implementation path,the path to form the government,institutions,individuals and families work together to promote the old-age education mechanism,conduce to improving the quality of rural elderly endowment education. |
