Since its birth in the field of rehabilitation,functional training has shown high application value and prospect.Functional training is a versatile,multifunctional,high-intensity exercise.Functional training constantly combines physical qualities such as strength,speed,agility,flexibility and endurance,as well as a wide variety of mixed sports means to improve athletes’ performance and quality of life.The basis of all special training is physical fitness,and different sports have different requirements on athletes’ physical fitness.The application value of functional training and special physical training as well as their good effects on competition,training and recovery have attracted extensive attention in the field of sports training.In this study,functional training means and specific physical training means are organically combined together to apply functional training to the specific physical training of hurdle running teaching.More targeted to the hurdler starting,straddling the hurdle,vaulting over the hurdle,running between the hurdle and sprint and other important technical movements respectively special training.To improve the enthusiasm of students is beneficial to prevent the acute injury and chronic injury which are common in hurdle race training.Thus improve the safety and teaching effect of hurdle race.This paper discusses the relationship between functional special physical training and the teaching effect of hurdling,and provides some theoretical basis for the teaching of hurdling in the future.In this paper,literature comprehensive research method,quantitative and qualitative analysis method,experimental method,expert interview method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods,to the functional special physical training on the impact of hurdle race teaching effect as the research object.From the selection of sports institute in guangzhou,guangdong province,two in the common class as the subjects for the track and field(randomly divided into experimental group and the control group,experimental group and 22 of them,the control group 22),before the trial,respectively on two classes of students with the basic motion quality testing and functional screening test,to ensure that the two classes of students’ basic movement quality indicators are basically the same.And through the analysis of the test results,select the training means and methods of hurdle race teaching,design the experimental content.Among them,the control group adopted the conventional hurdle race teaching content,and the experimental group added the functional specific physical training content in the warm-up part and the relaxation part at the end of the conventional hurdle race teaching.After the experiment for one month(16 class hours),the results of hurdle race and functional movement screening were statistically analyzed.The experimental results are as follows:1.Physical fitness test before the experiment:before the experiment,the two groups of students were tested on basic sports qualities,such as speed,endurance,sensitivity,flexibility and coordination.It was found that the basic sports abilities of the two groups of students were roughly the same,and there was no significant difference in basic sports qualities(P>0.05).2.Hurdle race score analysis:after the experiment,the hurdle race scores of the two groups of students were tested,and it was found that there were significant differences in the hurdle race teaching level test and the hurdle race standard test scores(P<0.00).3.Teaching effect analysis : In the process of mastering the key technical movements of hurdling and learning physical education knowledge,the experimental group showed that it could better overcome the thinking activities and psychological activities that had negative effects on hurdling.It is more likely to stimulate students who are afraid or have low interest in learning due to their relatively poor physical quality,and more likely to help students form a good sense of rhythm,thus improving their performance and performance in hurdle race.The following conclusions can be drawn:1.Compared with the conventional hurdle running training,the teaching effect of using functional special physical training in hurdle running teaching is more significant.Compared with the control class,the performance of hurdle running skill evaluation and standard performance of the eperimental class are improved more greatly.2.Functional special physical training can correct common problems such as jumping hurdle,straight leg attack hurdle,poor balance on hurdle,poor joint flexibility and so on.3.Functional specific physical training can stimulate students’ passion for sports and improve their interest in learning.It is helpful for the students who are afraid of high hurdle to master the hurdle running technology.4.Functional special physical training can improve the warm-up process of students and effectively reduce the sports injury in the teaching of hurdle running.
