Abstract/Summary:
Purpose: Functional training is a training system recognized by experts in various fields at home and abroad.Because of its effectiveness and high safety,it has become a research hotspot in the field of sports,rehabilitation and other fields and has achieved obvious results.This research aims to explore the impact of functional training on physical fitness level of college students majoring in physical education,and to provide theoretical and practical basis for the application of functional training to the promotion of physical education majors in and after class.Methods: This article adopts experimental method,expert interview method,literature data method and mathematical statistics method,and takes the effect of functional training on physical fitness level of college students in sports majors as the research object.30 students(including 15 in the control group,training Group of 15 people)as experimental subjects.The training group received 12 weeks of functional training,2 times a week for a total of 24 times,and the control group received no additional functional training intervention.Before and after functional training,test subjects’ FMS and physical fitness related indicators,and the test results were analyzed and processed by independent sample T test,paired sample T test and Bivarite correlation analysis.Results:(1)After 12 weeks of functional training intervention,the training group’s FMS movement mode scores were significantly improved(p<0.05),and the control group had an improvement except for shoulder mobility,but there was no significant difference.Functional training There are significant differences in the scores of the FMS movement modes of the students in the latter two groups.(2)In terms of healthy physical fitness: After functional training,the body composition test index of the training group decreased,but the change was not obvious,and there was no significant difference;after the functional training,the training group’s cardiopulmonary endurance and flexibility test indicators improved significantly(P<0.05);In terms of muscle strength and endurance,the two groups of test indicators have improved.Among them,the training group’s pull-ups,back strength,biceps and triceps muscle strength are significantly different,and the quadriceps and There was no significant difference in hamstring muscle strength,and there was no significant difference in the control group.After functional training,the two groups of students were compared with the test scores of 1,000-meter running,pull-ups,back strength,quadriceps muscle strength,and sitting forward flexion There is a significant difference(p<0.05).(3)Competitive physical fitness:Functional training can significantly improve the competitive physical fitness level of the training group.After functional training,the training group’s sensitivity,balance,coordination and speed test results have been significantly improved(p <0.05);After the functional training,the training group’s explosive power and reaction test scores improved significantly(p<0.01),and the control group’s test scores increased slightly but there was no significant difference;after the functional training,the two groups of students T There were significant differences in test scores,hexagonal jumping,10-second standing ups,standing on one foot with closed eyes,reaction time,and 50-meter running test results.(4)There is no significant correlation between FMS score and various test indicators of body composition.It has significant correlation with one-kilometer running,sitting forward bending,pull-ups,etc.,and has significant correlation with most of the test indicators of competitive fitness.Conclusion:(1)12-week functional training can significantly improve the FMS scores of college students majoring in physical education,and improve the asymmetry,instability and other adverse physical functions among college students majoring in physical education.(2)Functional training can improve the physical fitness level of college students majoring in physical education,and can effectively improve muscle strength and endurance,flexibility,and cardiorespiratory endurance.(3)Functional training is conducive to improving the athletic fitness level of college students majoring in physical education,and has a significant role in promoting sensitivity,balance,coordination,explosiveness,reaction time and speed.(4)FMS score has a certain correlation with physical fitness level.Among them,it has a higher correlation with athletic fitness level.Functional training effect evaluation index FMS score can also be used as one of the indicators for evaluating athletic fitness level.
