Research On Women’s Network Self-organizing Action From The Perspective Of Empowerment Theory

With the rapid development of Internet information technology and the reform of "speeding up and reducing fees" in our country’s Internet,the threshold for using new media technology is getting lower and lower.People are using the Internet to obtain knowledge while also continuously producing information and knowledge.The Internet is rapidly deconstructing.With the main framework for constructing the Chinese social life network,the network is almost integrated with people’s lives.The update of functional technology has given new media users more power and the user’s subjectivity has been strengthened.During the new crown pneumonia epidemic,my country’s Internet industry showed great development vitality and resilience.The cyberspace gathered more sights and voices,which made the public notice the dilemma of "loss of power" faced by female medical staff.Women are the main force in the fight against the epidemic,but their demand for menstrual products is constrained by traditional thinking and collective unconsciousness,and they are in a state of "aphasia".Therefore,empowering women and fighting for corresponding power is the fundamental way and effective practice to improve women’s social conditions.From the perspective of empowerment theory,this article takes the "Sister War Epidemic Relief Operation" initiated by the network self-organization as an example for analysis.First,through the analysis of the self-organization development stage,the empowerment mechanism in the action process is deconstructed.Secondly,starting with the content,form,and effect of communication,discuss the empowering role of communication in the course of action.Thirdly,starting from the two aspects of the surface effect and the deep effect of the action,it analyzes the empowerment effect of self-organizing action.Finally,it summarizes the problems encountered by self-organization in the process of cyberspace development and provides solutions,hoping to provide effective reference and guidance for other organizations of the same type.
