The Cracking Of Collective Action

We are in an era of "collective". In this era, people participate in the "collective" voluntarily or involuntarily. People have carried out extensive research about participating in the collective and the logic of collective action. Olson is one of the representatives. Unlike Olsen, this article does not discuss the collective and the logic of how to achieve collective, the article wants to through the investigation of Wukan, discussing the resolution of collective and the collective action. After all, in real life, the collective is generated, but also continues to collapse. There are some efforts promote the collective action, but also there is the opposite force to destroy this action. The collective action and the collapse action in to the Wukan event provides us with a fresh sample.On the arrangement of the study structure, this paper mainly divided into three parts:The first part is introduction, through combing the traditional definition of collective action and more discussion about the definition, the new concept of "collective action to crack" is raised out, decided to look deeply into the logic of the behavior of interests expression and interests maintain on the perspective of interactive game, and on this basis, building the game model and relevant matrix about collective action and collective-against action, respectively corresponding the two situations of the break-through and the maintenance of the prisoner’s dilemma and the strategy choices of eagle pigeon game.The second part is the second and third chapters, they are the empirical analysis part. Through putting the brewing and confrontation stage of the Wukan event into the model of Collective-crack action to, to observe and analyze the main reason that impact the strategy selection of both sides in the collective-crack action, to explore how can collective-crack action can be.The third part is the application part. Although the focus of this study is to observe and analyze, understand the logic of the strategy selection of both sides. This article doesn’t think the collective-crack action will be successful, and not to promote its implementation. But as the government is the main behavior to deal with the collective action, can still get some policy implications from the article. To prevent the collective action, form the force of reform should be appreciated, such as establish the early warning mechanism, maintain national deterrence. When dealing with the collective action, we should pay attention to the interests of the appeal, emphasize comb the rule consciousness, pay attention to guarantee the smooth of dialogue platform.
