At present,China is in a period of transition in social development,where old and new ideas are constantly colliding and new requirements are being put forward for people,and individuals need to constantly adjust their roles in order to better integrate into society.Rural women,as an important part of society as a whole,inevitably experience maladjustment in the process of role adjustment,leading to a sense of powerlessness,and need professional social workers to help them solve the problems they face,stimulate their inner potential,enhance their resilience,and be able to face life with a positive attitude.This paper uses participant observation and in-depth interviews to gain a preliminary understanding of the basic information and problems faced by women in Village D.Through analysis,we find out the factors influencing rural women's resilience,and after determining the intervention methods and service programs of social workers,we conduct activities to alleviate the risk factors of rural women's resilience,enhance the protection factors,and improve their problem-solving abilities so that they can lead a The program is designed to improve the resilience of rural women by reducing risk factors,enhancing protection factors,and improving individual problem-solving skills to lead a better life.The aim of the program is to find out the energy in women and bring it into better use,to break the stereotype of women as passive recipients of help,and to encourage women to fight against problems through the lens of resilience and the theory of empowerment.Through group work,we aim to build a resilience system for rural women,to strengthen their inner strengths and their ability to mobilize external resources,and to achieve harmony between personal and external relationships.
