Objective:tennis ability includes physical ability and skills.The key to mastering skills is teaching methods,The main factor restricting the mastery of tennis skills is that the teaching process has not been targeted.In physical education,we try to introduce the hierarchical teaching mode into the teaching of tennis forehand and backhand,and carry out targeted teaching according to the individual differences of students,so as to provide reference for the selection of tennis forehand and backhand teaching methods.Methods:based on the methods of literature review,expert interview and questionnaire survey,48 male students of 2017 ~ 2019 tennis elective class in Hengyang Normal University were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 24 students in each group.The experimental group adopted hierarchical teaching method,while the control group adopted traditional teaching method,with a period of 16 weeks,three classes / week and 80 minutes / time,respectively.The exercise density of the class was 50%-60%and the heart rate was 80% The teaching experiment of exercise intensity was controlled at 145 ± 10 times / min.the physical function,exercise quality,forehand and backhand hitting technique and learning interest were tested and compared.All the data were statistically processed.Result:1.After the experiment,the overall forehand hitting skills of the two groups were significantly improved(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01);after the stratified experiment,all the indexes of forehand hitting skills of the two groups were effectively improved(P <0.05 or P < 0.01),and only the C-level students had no significant difference in the accuracy index(P > 0.05);2.After the experiment,the overall backhand skills of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.01);after the stratified experiment,all the indexes of the backhand skills of the two groups were significantly different(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01);3.After the experiment,the experimental group had a benign change in rope skipping,turn back running,grip strength and standing with one foot closed(P < 0.05);after the stratification experiment,there were significant differences in all indexes of the experimental group(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01),and there were significant differences in rope skipping and non active hand grip strength of the control group(P < 0.05),and other indexes did not form a trend;4.There was significant difference in the whole body function of the experimental group after the experiment(P < 0.05 or P < 0.01).After the stratified experiment,the vital capacity of the students in each layer and the pulse pressure difference of the students in layer a of the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and other indexes had no significant change;5.The learning interest of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P < 0.01).Conclusion:1.The layered teaching method can improve the speed,speed,sweetness rate,depth and accuracy of tennis forehand and backhand strokes of students at all levels,so that students can hit strong,accurate and high-quality balls in the process of tennis forehand and backhand strokes,and the tennis technical level can be effectively improved;2.The implementation of hierarchical teaching method is more conducive to improve the endurance,explosive power,balance ability and agility of sports quality and physical function,especially the cardiopulmonary function,which provides the necessary conditions for mastering professional sports skills;3.Hierarchical teaching method is simple and easy to learn,which can attract students’ interest in learning,help to complete the teaching process smoothly and efficiently,and achieve the teaching objectives;4.The layered teaching mode reflects the characteristics of "teaching students in accordance with their aptitude",conforms to the basic principles of teaching,and has good teaching effect.It can be widely used in the process of special technology teaching.
