Research purposes:Tennis is a comprehensive competitive sports program that challenges the ability of athletes to use technology,tactical execution ability,basic physical fitness,and psychological stability.During the practice and competition,students will be affected by their own and psychological integrity.test.Therefore,how to improve the student's tennis learning effect and basic physical ability through a reasonable tennis training method has become the key.This study explores the application of different tennis teaching methods in practical teaching and explores the respective application advantages of traditional teaching methods and practical teaching methods in the learning of technical and tactical ability.The tennis students from 9 to 11 years old in the Tennis Training Course of Shaanxi Normal University As an experimental subject,by comparing the data of physical fitness and technical indicators of the two groups before and after the experiment in the experimental group and the control group,the data obtained were finally analyzed and discussed whether differences existed between the two teaching methods and differences were produced.The reason for sexuality is to provide practical experience and theoretical basis for improving the practicality of teaching tennis lessons and improving lesson plans.Research method:This experiment adopts experimental methods and questionnaires to study 66 tennis players from 9 to 11 years old in the tennis training course of Shaanxi Normal University(30 students in actual combat teaching experiment group and 36 in traditional teaching method control group).)The experimental group divided into the actual teaching method and the traditional teaching method were compared and explored.The final experimental data were tested for differences and statistical analysis.Research results:Physical fitness test results show that:(1)Compared with the control group,the girls in the experimental group using the actual combat teaching method had significant differences in the results of 50M×8 round-trip running,25M round-trip running,and sit-ups(P).<0.05),reaction time,seated body forward flexion showed a very significant difference(P<0.01).(2)Compared with the control group of the traditional teaching method,there was a significant difference in the 50m X 8 round-trip running and 25m round-trip running scores of the experimental group using the actual combat teaching method(P<0.05),and the reaction time and seated body flexion.The results showed extremely significant differences(P<0.01).(3)Compared with the control group using the traditional teaching method,the body mass index of the experimental group using the actual teaching method showed a significant difference(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group using the traditional teaching method,the boys' physical quality index in the experimental class using the actual teaching method showed a significant difference(P<0.05).The results of the technical test show that:(1)The difference between the experimental group of the actual combat teaching method and that of the control group of the traditional teaching method is significant(P<0.05)in terms of interception,serve,counterattack and counterattack.),The final test results of the experimental group students using the actual combat teaching method are better than the results of the traditional group teaching students.(2)After the competition test between the experimental group of the actual combat teaching method and the control group of the traditional teaching method,the result of the competition is that the experimental group student who applied the actual combat teaching method wins the competition.The student evaluation showed that the students were subjected to a six-month tennis learning and training survey in the form of a questionnaire survey.The students in the experimental class had more interest in tennis learning,self-confidence,etc.than the students in the traditional class.Great promotion.Analysis conclusion:1.After the end of the experiment,the experimental group using the actual combat teaching method and the control group using the traditional teaching method performed the forward flexion of the seat body.After the reaction time test,the final test data showed a significant improvement,indicating that both teaching methods are to improve the students' Basic qualities have a catalytic effect;after conducting the T-test,the students in the experimental group using the actual combat teaching method and the control group students using the traditional teaching method showed extremely significant differences in the final test results of the seat pedicle technique.3.Through the comparison of experiments,actual combat teaching method can promote athletes to adjust their psychological state,increase their interest in learning,self-confidence,improve class participation and self-study ability,enable students to face difficulties better,and overcome boringness in tennis training.Learning of technical movements.
