The method of body function training can improve the performance of athletes,reduce the sports injury and promote the sustainable development of sports ability.Applying the body function training method to the middle school track and field 100 meter training,effectively realizing the application of body function training in the middle school track and field 100 meter training,will further enrich the middle school track and field 100 meter training content,and lay a solid foundation for the improvement and development of middle school track and field training.In view of this,this paper mainly discusses the specific position of body function training in the middle school track and field training process,and puts forward some constructive suggestions for the practical application of body function training methods in the middle school track and field 100 meter training.In this paper,the following methods are used: first,literature method,second,comparative experiment method,third,mathematical statistics method,and finally,logical analysis method.In this study,the experimental group and the control group are class 1,grade 2,senior high school,No.31 middle school,Handan city.In the experiment,60 students are selected.After more than 100 days of training,some conclusions are drawn through vertical and horizontal comparison:(1)After 16 weeks of experimental intervention,there was a significant difference between the experimental group and the control group after 30 meters and 60 meters of walking(P<0.05).Both the physical function training and the traditional training showed significant improvement,but the overall effect of the physical function training was better.(2)After 16 weeks of experimental intervention,there was a significant difference between the test group and the control group in the two test indicators after the experiment(P<0.05),and the results of the test group were generally higher than those of the control group,indicating that the effect of body function training wasbetter.(3)After the experiment,both the score of 100 meters and the score of technical evaluation showed significant changes compared with that before the experiment,and the improvement of the test group was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).This shows that the body function training is better than the traditional training in track and field training.(4)Compared with the traditional training and body function training pay more attention to the overall quality of the action in the movement,design a more reasonable training mode,pay more attention to the nerve of the muscle system control ability and practice ability,the core column in the process,the working effect power chain stressed that in the process of running more coordinated can relax and enhancing the sense of rhythm,the stability is a movement in the torso with up and down movement of the bridge,make the onset of cooperate more coordinated,form more stretch.
