Looking at the current tennis situation,it is not difficult to find that the world’s top tennis players have today’s first-class bottom line control and offensive ability,which shows that top tennis players usually have a solid bottom line hitting ability,and the bottom line "full offensive" player has an unprecedented advantage.The height of the tennis ball and good bottom line hitting skills mean that the athlete can control the rhythm of the tennis game.Powerful and accurate bottom line hitting technique has gradually become the core weapon of athletes in the game.Therefore,on the basis of conforming to the laws of human physiology,using the core strength of the body,combined with scientific training methods and standard hitting posture,based on the principles of biomechanics,can effectively improve the bottom line hitting ability of tennis players for both forehand and backhand.The number of colleges and universities offering tennis courses in my country has increased sharply,and various college-level tennis matches have gradually appeared.However,the popularization of tennis in my country is late and the domestic tennis atmosphere is still poor.Therefore,the popularity and professional training of tennis in my country is still far from the world’s advanced level.Because the traditional teaching method has always been the main method of teaching in our country’s colleges and universities,the tennis shot ability of college students has not been significantly improved after many years of use.This article will conduct a comparative experiment between the core strength method and the traditional waist and abdomen strength method to deeply explore the impact of core strength training on the bottom line hitting ability of Chinese college students.The author uses the literature method to understand the core strength training and the related concepts of the bottom line hitting technique,uses the expert interview method to determine the evaluation index of the college tennis students’ bottom line earth ability,and uses the experimental research method to design the core strength training and traditional waist and abdominal strength training.The comparison experiment of tennis bottom line hitting training has drawn the following conclusions:(1)Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of students in various indicators related to tennis,which indicated that the experiment met the requirements of the controlled experiment and the experimental research conclusion was reliable and rigorous.(2)Through core strength training and traditional waist and abdomen strength training,the two groups of students can achieve physical quality,core stability,hitting accuracy,stability,and ball speed after six weeks of training.The difference lies in the difference in the improvement range,which indirectly causes the difference in the ability of the two groups of students to hit the ball on the baseline.(3)Core strength training can significantly improve the strength of the core muscles of the waist and abdomen,so as to significantly improve the hitting stability,accuracy and speed of the ball,which makes students’ baseline hitting ability significantly improved.(4)The students’ hitting rhythm,action completion degree,coordination and footwork flexibility were evaluated by subjective baseline hitting technique evaluation.After comparing the scores of the two groups,the advantages of core strength training for improving baseline hitting ability were further illustrated.(5)This paper is a teaching experimental research on college students from the technical level.The research results only focus on improving students’ technical level,without considering the development of the tactical level.Hope to follow up in the follow-up study.
