Research On The Application Of The Improved Quick And Easy Tennis Teaching Method In College Tennis Electives

Tennis is difficult to entry for beginners sports,as the prevailing in colleges and universities,there are students caused by tennis entry is more difficult,tennis population erosion phenomenon,the international tennis federation in 2007 launched a suitable for teenagers and adults beginners “Tennis play and stay”teaching method,at present,some scholars will also tennis play and stay teaching method used in tennis elective courses in colleges and universities,while most tennis elective courses students are beginners,but tennis elective course in colleges and universities also have the particularity of its environment,resources,and tennis play and stay for the club and more small-class teaching,Is fully applicable to the teaching still need more practice verification,this study will therefore conventional teaching method combined with an efficient and tennis play and stay teaching will be improved tennis play and stay teaching method applied in the teaching of the college tennis elective course,the conventional teaching method,tennis play and stay teaching method and the method of improved experiment comparison analysis,to analyze the teaching method of college tennis elective course teaching effect.This study adopted the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,teaching experiment,logical analysis and mathematical statistics to select the students of tennis class 2018 from Chengdu university of physical education as the experimental subjects.32 students were selected as the experimental group,31 as the control group a and 32 as the control group b.Will adopt a modified tennis play and stay teaching method of experimental group,the conventional teaching method in the control group a,the “quick easy tennis”teaching method is adopted to the group b,comparative analysis and discussion on the teaching methods,teaching effect,students interested in aspects of differences,to verify the improved tennis play and stay teaching method in university tennis elective course of the feasibility of the application of the following conclusions:(1)through a semester of study,USES the improved tennis play and stay teaching method of the experimental group and the conventional teaching method in the control group a,the tennis play and stay teaching method of the control group b has a certain degree of increase in tennis level,at the same time using modified tennis play and stay teaching method of experimental group to pull in the forehand and backhand regulation line to hit the ball,round ball is higher than the other two groups,the movement technology skills to judge and use conventional teaching method in the control group b,there were no significant differences for evaluating student interest in and use the fast easy control group b did not exist significant differences in the tennis.(2)will focus on fast ball teaching tennis teaching method,combined with the conventional teaching method and dismantling of focusing on the movement technology teaching,sums up the modified tennis play and stay teaching method in keeping the tennis play and stay teaching method on the premise of the core idea of students interested in at the same time also can make the students master specification movement technology,better achieve the tennis elective course in colleges and universities generally curriculum requirements and the purpose of lifetime sports.(3)modified tennis play and stay teaching method using dimension reduction training at the beginning,which is by changing the pressure of the ball,adjust the size of the site,use the form of games,games into teaching,so as to reduce the difficulty of the tennis sport,after fully experience the fun of tennis beginners to join the regular teaching method emphasizes the action to the standardization of technology practice,make a beginners learning motivation in the classroom more strong,the teaching effect is relatively better.
