A Study On The Education Of College Students’ Outlook On Labor In The New Era

The concept of labor plays an important role in human development.A positive view of labor helps to guide people to form correct labor cognitions,and devote themselves to study and work with full enthusiasm,and promote personal progress and social development;a negative view of labor can mislead people to make wrong labor choices and labor behaviors.Affect the efficiency of people’s study and work,hinder personal progress and social development.As the main force in the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era,college students shoulder the historical mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.The correctness of their outlook on labor not only affects their own growth and talent,but also affects the future of the entire country and nation.This article uses a combination of questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate the status quo of college students’ labor outlook in some colleges and universities in Lanzhou.Through the analysis of the survey data,it points out the problems in the labor outlook of college students in the new era.Analysis of causes at the level and social level.On this basis,the countermeasures and suggestions for the education of labor outlook for college students in the new era are put forward from four aspects: the individual self-improvement of college students,the basic education of the family,the effective security of the school,and the high support of the society.
