Vocational education shoulders the mission of cultivating high-quality laborers and technically skilled personnel for the country.The combination of education and labor entrusts the social expectations of cultivating fully-developed innovative talents,implementing the fundamental task of "building a virtuous person".The five-year vocational educational is the link between secondary vocational education and vocational education.The five-year vocational students are the reserve talents of highquality workers,and their basic competences such as labor concept,labor skills,and creative labor behavior are closely connected with the society talent structure.The fiveyear vocational students are between 15 and 20 years old.The students are at the "crossroads" formed by the concept of life.The correct concept of labor can not only help students to correct their work attitude,strengthening their work spirit and enhancing professional skills.It also affects the dedication of students in their future careers,and even affects the trend of the whole society's labor concept.Therefore,the cultivation of the labor concept of five-year vocational students is necessary and important.However,the five-year higher vocational college labor concept education has problems such as inadequate publicity,inadequate excavation,and incomplete system.In addition,the parents of the students "emphasize wisdom rather than labor".Unhealthy social trends are showing up,therefore,students' labor concepts are not optimistic.At present,most studies have focused on "labor education at all stages of basic education" and "labor concept of college students." The research on the labor concept of five-year vocational students is relatively blank.Finding out the current status of students' labor concepts is conducive to cultivating high-quality laborers who meet the requirements of the society.Based on this,on the basis of existing theories,the concept of labor is re-divided into three levels: labor values,the concept of labor division of labor,and the concept of labor practice,and the concept of social labor relations is used as a supplement to the concept.Adopting a combination of quantitative and qualitative research methods to survey the 505 five-year vocational students in Jiangsu Province.The research found that:(1)The students' concept of labor and their willingness to receive education as a whole shows enthusiasm ? there is a certain repulsion between the student's labor concept and the actual action?students show "the dilemma of labor concept" in a certain extent;(2)In the cultivation of labor concept,labor practice is conducive to deepening labor cognition,students 'labor concept is highly plastic,and it is conducive to the school and other parties to implement labor concept education;(3)The influencing factors for the formation of labor concept mainly come from four major levels: school,family,society and individual students.They work through concept propaganda and education,student labor practice and student subjective adjustment,and provide a reference basis for vocational schools to develop labor concept education.According to the existing findings,five-year vocational colleges should make use of multi-party platforms to give full play to the advantages of industry-university integration and school-enterprise cooperation,and improve the labor education system through "deep digging inside and outside sources";vigorously promoting labor and create campuses Labor culture atmosphere;increasing students' practice opportunities,consolidate labor concepts;flexibling assessment methods,strengthening students' sense of "labor practicality",and bear the main responsibility for training students' labor concepts.In addition,the five-year higher vocational colleges should combine home,society,and students to form a "four-way linkage" labor concept training model in which students are the main front,the family is an important base,and society is an expansion field.To promote students to become high-quality compound labor talents who love the country,career,labor,and creativity.
