Research On Labor View And Cultivation Of College Students In The New Era From The Perspective Of Colleges And Universities

At the national education conference,Xi Jinping stressed: "we must strive to build a comprehensive education system of moral,intellectual,physical,aesthetic and laboring education,and form a higher level of personnel training system.We should promote the spirit of labor among students,and teach them to respect and admire labor.We should educate students to understand that labor is the most glorious,the most noble,the greatest and the most beautiful.When they grow up,they will be able to work hard,honestly and creatively." This not only puts forward the content of college students’ view of labor in the new era,but also points out the direction for the cultivation of college students’ view of labor in the new era.The correct labor view of college students in the new era mainly includes:Students should have the attitude of advocating and respecting labor on the basis of correct labor cognition;Students should recognize the labor significance of "labor is the most glorious,labor is the most noble,labor is the greatest and labor is the most beautiful";Students should have the orientation of hard labor,honest labor and creative labor;At the same time,students should clarify the truth of "labor creates happiness".In order to accurately grasp the situation of college students’ labor outlook in the new era,this thesis investigates the current situation of college students’ labor outlook in nine colleges and universities.It is found that the overall performance of college students’ labor outlook in the new era is good,especially their strong sense of respect for labor,honest labor and creative labor,but there are also the following problems: About 30% of college students do not have a clear understanding of the meaning of labor;More than 60% of college students have a weak sense of hard work in terms of labor orientation;More than 30% of the college students are utilitarian in terms of labor purpose,and have the tendency of "only for themselves".There are many reasons for these problems,not only the influence of family environment and social environment,but also the influence of schools and college students themselves.From the perspective of colleges and universities,there are the following problems in the cultivation of college students’ labor outlook in the new era: The responsibility subject of the cultivation of college students’ labor view in the new era is not clear;In the aspect of curriculum content construction,the cultivation of college students’ labor outlook in the new era has content but is not systematic;The cultivation of college students’ concept of labor in the new era has a single form;The assessment system of College Students’ concept of labor in the new era is not perfect.In order to improve the cultivation of college students’ concept of labor in the new era,colleges and universities should strengthen the following construction: Firstly,colleges and universities should clarify the concept of labor of college students in the new era and cultivate the subject of responsibility;Secondly,colleges and universities should strengthen the systematic construction of the content of Ideological and political theory course;Thirdly,colleges and universities should enrich the forms of cultivating the concept of labor in the new era;Fourthly,improving the evaluation system of College Students’ labor concept in the new era.
