| With the successful bid for the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,cross-country skiing has gradually received widespread attention from the domestic public.Cross-country skiing is a traditional long-distance endurance sport at the Winter Olympics,originating from the Nordic region.The development of cross-country skiing in China rose late,usually coaches only rely on observation and experience to guide athletes’ training,the lack of training data for assist result in a hard breakthrough in competition.In order to improve the scientific training level of cross-country skiing events in China,it is of great significance to improve the training efficiency and quality of athletes by utilizing scientific means to provide technical support for sports data monitoring.To fulfill the demand of training data acquisition for coaches and athletes during training,a real-time monitoring system for typical parameters of cross-country skiing was realized in this paper.The multi-source data such as physiological and kinematic parameters and video images during athletes’ training can be collected,stored,processed and displayed in real time by utilizing wearable sensing devices,drones,cameras with the Internet of Things and cloud service technologies.The system contains sensor equipment,UAV,camera,mobile phone APP and Web software.In order to collect heart rate,speed,location,acceleration and other data in real time,a wearable sensor system was designed.The sensor data was transmitted to the user’s mobile APP by Bluetooth technology,and then transmit to the cloud server by the mobile network for storage,processing and data analysis.Drones and cameras are used to film athletes’ technical movements at key positions in the training route,and the video images are transmitted to the cloud server for preservation through WIFI.To quantify the training performance of athletes with double pole,a counting algorithm for double poling was proposed,which was used to process the collected acceleration data and realize the double pole counting of athletes.By experimental tests,the accuracy of counting reaches 98.5%.The real-time collected information such as athlete’s heart rate,speed,trajectory,poling counts and video screen were displayed remotely by the visual interface of Web.The monitoring system designed in this paper has the characteristics of portability,simple operation and high practicality,which can well adapt to the data monitoring needs of the training team training in different venues.From the practical application of the system,coaches can not only remotely grasp the training status of athletes in real time,but also carry out scientific analysis and research on sports performance according to monitoring data,and put forward guidance or adjust training plans for the sports performance of athletes during the training,which can effectively improve the work efficiency of the coaching team,as well as the technical and tactical level of athletes. |
