| As a high-level form in the current education system,postgraduate education shoulders the important task of cultivating high-level innovative and compound talents.Since the implementation of the "First-class universities and disciplines of the world" national strategy,talent training has received more and more attention.The academic interest of academic postgraduates is closely related to the quality of talent training in universities,but there is currently little research on this topic.Therefore,through a mixed research method combining quantitative and qualitative research,analyze the social-emotional competence,academic interest,research learning and experience status,differences and relationships of academic graduate students,and explore their social emotional ability,research learning and experience and their academic interest Impact.It not only enriches the theoretical research of academic interest in studying and master’s degree,but also has practical significance to help the cultivation of talents in universities.Firstly,by combing the literature to form an analysis framework,conduct research design and issue questionnaires;secondly,use SPSS26.0 to conduct descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis of academic interests of academic postgraduates on the returned 1034 valid questionnaires to explore academic research.The social-emotional competence of postgraduates and the impact of research and learning and experience on academic interests;then,combined with the interview content of 19 academic postgraduates and supervisors,further digging into the reasons behind them to supplement the interpretation of the data analysis results.Finally,according to The research results put forward suggestions to enhance the academic interest of academic postgraduates.The questionnaire is modified based on the existing scale,including four parts: personal information,Social-emotional competence scale,academic interest scale,research learning and experience scale,and a total of 14 dimensions.The results of the questionnaire survey show that the overall academic interest of academic master students is at an upper-middle level.The scores in each dimension from high to low are academic identity,academic effort,academic enthusiasm,and academic ideals,and there are some demographic variables.Significant differences;among the social-emotional competence factors,efficiency perseverance and emotional management are the main factors affecting academic interest.In research learning and experience factors,scientific research environment and skills,scientific research training and responsibilities,tutor support and research resources are academic interest the main factor of influence.Through the analysis of interview data,it is found that achievement goals,emotional management,mentor support,scientific research environment and skills,and scientific research training and responsibility are the main influencing factors of academic interest.Based on the above results,corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward from two levels of individuals and universities.Individuals can start from the two aspects of individual perception and self-monitoring,and actively exert their subjective initiative to promote the formation of academic interests;individuals can also start from the three aspects of achievement goals,efficiency and perseverance,and emotional management to improve social-emotional competence and improve scientific research."Soft power";colleges and universities can start from the two aspects of mentor and scientific research,be student-oriented,provide students with "just-needed" scientific research support,and enhance the academic interest of academic graduate students. |
