In recent years,with the rapid expansion of graduate education in China,the quality of postgraduate education is worrying.To this end,the connotative development that focuses on improving the quality of graduate students has become an important part of graduate education reform.Scientific research experience refers to the feelings and perceptions of graduate students in scientific research activities related to the relevant professional theories and research methods,and the corresponding emotions,attitudes,beliefs and so on.The accumulation of scientific research experience and the enhancement of scientific experience are the only way to cultivate postgraduate research capabilities.This dissertation is based on the outstanding problem of lack of scientific research capacity of academic postgraduates in China's universities,selecting scientific research experience,and analyzing the current situation of the cultivation of research abilities of academic postgraduates.It aims to provide valuable countermeasures and suggestions by improving the scientific research experience of postgraduates and thus enhancing their scientific research and innovation capabilities.The main work of this paper is in five aspects:First,it tries to accurately define the connotation of the scientific research experience and the constituent elements of the scientific experience so as to construct a theoretical model of the relationship between scientific experience and research capabilities.Second,in order to study the present situation of scientific research experience of academic graduate students in colleges and universities,based on the theoretical research of graduate research experience of graduate students,by drawing on the research results of foreign graduate students' research experience and combining with the reality of China's universities,a questionnaire for academic postgraduate research experience needed for this research is developed,and the core of scientific research experience is put forward.The index is composed of 5 dimensions,scientific research guidance,research capacity,research resources,research culture and research satisfaction.Third,we empirically analyze the academic experience of academic postgraduates.Taking the academic graduate students of X University as the research object,this paper investigates their research experience in the form of questionnaires and interviews,and carries out the reliability,validity and factor analysis on the content and data of the questionnaire,and the results of descriptive statistics analysis and difference analysis based on the related variables of graduate research experience,through related analysis and return.The causal relationship between the scientific research ability of independent variables,scientific research resources,scientific research culture and the research experience of variables is determined,the statistical significance of the regression model is determined through the test,and the index equation of scientific research experience is put forward.Fourth,through empirical research,it puts forward several conclusions that influence graduate student's scientific research experience and research ability training and reflects on problems.There are significant differences in the research experience of graduate students in professional,grade,and tutor subjects.The research experience of graduate students has a positive correlation with scientific research guidance,scientific research ability,scientific research resources,scientific research culture and scientific research satisfaction,and scientific research ability,scientific research resources and scientific research culture for graduate scientific research ability.The training has significant influence;some graduate students are not strong in scientific research motivation and lack of scientific research motivation;the training of scientific research ability of graduate students is obviously inadequate,scientific research results are on business,scientific research guidance provided by tutors,scientific research resources provided by colleges and society,and scientific research culture jointly developed by various stakeholders.The important factors that influence graduate student's scientific research ability are improved;the related management requirements of the training unit need to be perfected.Fifth,based on the basic theory of higher education management,postgraduate education and teaching,and starting from the cultivation system of "taking graduate students as the main body",this article will improve the scientific research experience of postgraduate students through graduate students,tutors,training units,and other stakeholders.Enhance the academic sense of graduate students,and then effectively improve their scientific research capabilities,put forward suggestions for improvement and suggestions for reference.
