Research On Ma Qiwei’s View Of Sports

Ma Qiwei is a famous sportsman in China.He once served as the president of Beijing Institute of Physical Education and the chairman of the International Volleyball Federation(FIVB)Rules Revision Committee.All his life as a sports person is the most appropriate summary of his life,Mr.Li devoted his whole life to promoting the development of China’s sports cause,engaged in sports practice and sports theory research for a long time,in China’s modern sports history has left a thick ink and heavy colorful.The study of Ma Qiwei’s view on sports is not only of historical value,but also of practical significance to the development of contemporary and future sports in China.This study takes Ma Qiwei’s view of sports as the research object.Collect and sort out Ma Qiwei’s related works by means of literature method.Using historical analysis method and text analysis method to analyze the data,from the perspective of history,digging into the deep meaning of the text,exploring the origin of Ma Qiwei’s view of sports,extracting the basic connotation of his view,and summarizing the enlightenment of his view to the development of contemporary sports;By using the method of expert consultation,this paper tests the reliability of the main contents of Ma Qiwei’s physical education view,in order to present the system of Ma Qiwei’s physical education view more objectively and comprehensively.Ma Qiwei’s view on sports is mainly embodied in four aspects: first,the concept of all-round development as the core of the sports values:(1)Proposed that sports is a means of education;(2)Pay attention to the role of sports in promoting people’s all-round development.Secondly,the concept of competitive education based on the principle of moral education :(1)Emphasis on the cultivation of athletes’ moral character;(2)Emphasize the value of referees to the cultivation of athletes’ moral character.The third is to emphasize the comprehensive and cross characteristics of physical education discipline view :(1)Sports science is a comprehensive subject;(2)Sports science is an interdisciplinary discipline.Fourth,the physical education teaching view that advocates innovative teaching thinking:(1)To advocate innovative education and pay attention to the cultivation of innovative talents;(2)Emphasize the subjective and active role of teachers in teaching innovation.According to the current development of China’s sports industry,combined with the main content of Ma Qiwei’s sports view refined by this research,this paper summarizes five Enlightenments of Ma Qiwei’s sports view on the development of contemporary China’s sports:(1)Help to play the multiple functions of physical education;(2)Help to strengthen the ideological and moral education of athletes;(3)Help to build the referee training system;(4)Help promote the integrated development of physical education;(5)Help to the innovation and development of physical education.
