| Innovation is the new ideas or behavior modification improved production process,which is on the basis of understanding the objective law of development of things, in under the domination of the subjective consciousness, and use their knowledge or skills, in order to achieve more convenient and effective to meet the people on higher level of material life and spiritual life needs. since the development of human society, every progress are premised on the basis of innovation as the prerequisite of the development and progress, especially, since the steam revolution of the industrial age, innovation driven society to accelerate the development and progress. Today, we have entered the era of competition of science and technology, social development and progress of the demand for knowledge, for innovation, and talent with innovative ability and quality as the primary goal of the competition in modern society.Innovation quality is a subject on the basis of the innate physiology, by factors such as the environment and education gradually formed and developed under the common effect, in the long-term, stable and comprehensive innovation practice activity reflects the potential of using their own and the knowledge of the original things processing, renovation and eventually formed a kind of brand-new thought product or the floorboard of the comprehensive factors of material products. People engaged in the innovation practice activity must have innovative personality, innovative knowledge, innovative spirit, innovative thinking and innovative ability such as basic quality.Our country attach importance to the cultivation of innovation and innovative talents all the time, and constantly calling for mobilizing all social forces to participate innovation. In 2015, the government work report called on to take hundreds of millions of people’s wisdom and cleverness fully mobilize, so we will be able to usher in a wave of innovation. Cultivation of innovative talents, not only need to rely on education, but also need to shape and cultivate in the field of all the society. Especially, education is a important way of training talents and the main battlefield. In our country, the demand of national development and the progress of the society for creative talents makes education shouldering the important mission, in the whole national education sequence, the higher education in the end stage of education link, connects the education field and social field, it makes the particularity of higher education is the cultivation of innovation quality talents prominent. How to more efficiently complete the task to cultivate college students’ innovative quality, make college-students get all-round development environment and conditions, so that they can undertake the mission of innovation when they enter into the society.
