HPV vaccine on the market in our country in 2018,has become the field of health communication heat can be one of the topics, the HPV vaccine to enter the domestic market is not only on behalf of the Chinese medical system’s emphasis on HPV and related diseases, side also reflects the public demand for a variety of medical services,as well as the growth of awareness of women’s health literacy and disease prevention. The public’s cognitive demand for medical services tends to be strong. With the continuous improvement of the medical security mechanism, the public’s attention to women’s health has been continuously strengthened in various fields. The purpose of this study was to investigate the knowledge level of female college students aged 18-26 in Guangzhou about cervical cancer vaccine, the cognition and perception factors that influence the willingness to receive cervical cancer vaccine, and to analyze the predictors of the willingness to receive cervical cancer vaccine.A self-designed questionnaire based on Pender’s health promotion model was used to collect questionnaires from female college students in Guangzhou through We Chat and offline scanning of QR codes, and 302 valid questionnaires were actually received.Taking Pender’s health promotion model as the framework, adding "media contact" as the mediating variable, using 302 random samples of questionnaire data to conduct reliability, validity analysis and regression test of the model, the research results show that,Relevant knowledge, conscious action interests, conscious action barriers, conscious self-efficacy,and action-related feelings had significant positive effects on HPV vaccination behavior.Vector contact played a partial mediating role in the above personal knowledge on HPV vaccination behavior and had a positive impact on HPV vaccination behavior.Through the study of 15 in-depth interview samples,it was found that the main factors influencing the HPV vaccine vaccination of respondents were as follows: difficulty in making an appointment, high price, and low awareness of vaccination. The results showed that the biggest obstacle to female college students’ vaccination was price. If the government could implement the nationwide vaccination at public expense, the vaccination rate would be improved effectively. The higher the total score of relevant knowledge is,the more positive the attitude towards cervical cancer vaccine is.While improving the relevant knowledge of female college students,it is also necessary to educate their parents/family members and social partners, because female college students are also easily affected by these interpersonal relationships.Vaccination points close to the environment will affect college girls’ willingness to vaccination, they most often through social media, metro bus advertising media so as to obtain information related to cervical cancer vaccine, the future government and related medical institutions in policy making and nursing education to give, should use the media propaganda more correct knowledge and ideas,in order to improve cervical cancer vaccination rates. The results of this study provide a new perspective for health promotion research in the context of new media, and not only supplement the previous research models on the influencing factors of HPV vaccination, but also expand the practical value of vector exposure in health promotion behavior.
