| As more and more people of minority age get the opportunity to enter universities for education,some specific education policies have been implemented,such as: in 1984,Tibetan classes(schools)were set up in the mainland;in 2006,special policies such as "unified examination and appropriate score reduction" have been adopted,focusing on minority students and cultivating high-level backbone talents.With the promulgation and implementation of these policies,the number and scope of minority university freshmen have been greatly expanded,followed by their study and life problems,such as learning adaptation,communication problems and so on.At present,these problems are common after college students enter the campus from the aspect of performance,but there are great differences from the causes of the problems,the degree of performance and the subject itself.How to make better use of social work to alleviate the learning adaptability dilemma of minority university freshmen,and how to turn group work into a popular activity form for minority university freshmen.It is the power source of this paper.In this paper,the group dynamics of social work combined with social learning theory as a guide,group work method as a means,give full play to the function of social work,explore the potential ability and advantages of service objects,from the side to promote their own growth and improve learning adaptability,to meet their own internal learning needs.Growth group model is one of the contents of social group work,which has been used frequently in the world’s higher education and youth counseling,and has achieved good results.This paper applies the growth group model to the freshmen of Tibetan University of Tibet,with the help of the collective strength of the group to grow together and learn from each other,so as to alleviate the learning adaptability problem of the freshmen of Tibetan University of Tibet.This paper mainly discusses the application of growth group intervention in Tibetan University Freshmen,and further case intervention and summary.First of all,this paper combs the relevant literature about the growth group work,fresh men’s learning adaptability and Tibetan University Frenchmen’s learning adaptability,so as to obtain the theoretical basis for the growth group to intervene in the activities of Tibetan University Freshmen,and analyze its feasibility.In accordance with the procedures of group work and in combination with the actual situation of freshmen activities of Tibetan University of Tibet,the implementation process is divided into five steps: first,through observation,interview and questionnaire,we have a comprehensive understanding of the implementation background and current situation of the research object and need assessment;second,we have formulated the phased objectives of the growth group in combination with the actual situation of Freshmen of Tibetan University of Tibet Thirdly,the intervention plan and corresponding supporting preparation should be well done;fourthly,the specific implementation process includes the exploration stage,familiarity stage,intimacy stage,maturity stage and departure stage of the growth group,and the practical skills of the growth group should be flexibly used to organize and effectively intervene;fifthly,the various links of the growth group should be evaluated and the process should be improved We should reflect on the existing problems and deficiencies.With the help of the implementation technology of the growth group mode,we apply it to the integration design of Tibetan University Freshmen,hoping to help the group members change and grow,and create a group that can help each other,solve the problem of learning adaptability of Tibetan University Freshmen,and make a complete evaluation of the group activities,and evaluate the small growth Group work involved in the learning adaptability of college freshmen to provide some experience and information,as well as suggestions for the application of social work. |
