Under the background of exam-taking,students’ labor education is weakened and marginalized.Students’ labor awareness is weak,and they don’t even work.Elementary school is a critical period for cultivating students’ labor literacy.The evaluation of labor literacy can diagnose current problems in labor education and expand related issues.theoretical research.The article is based on the analysis of previous related researches,combined with a series of national labor education documents and local labor education guidelines,from the perspective of combining qualitative and quantitative,comprehensive use of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,and statistical analysis Starting from the connotation and operational definition of primary school students’ labor literacy,the method and other methods have constructed a comprehensive evaluation model of primary school students’ labor literacy.The research process and conclusions are as follows:(1)The operative definition of primary school students’labor literacy is determined:primary school students’ labor literacy is the labor emotions,attitudes,values,and knowledge necessary for future life or career development that are gradually formed by primary school students through school,family,and social education and personal experience.A general term for skills,cooperative innovation,spirit,habits,and will.(2)Constructed an index system of primary school students’ labor literacy.Through literature research,expert consultation,and the principles of statistical indicator screening(mean μ,standard deviation δ,and coefficient of variation μ/δ should reach a certain value),construct a primary school pupils’ labor literacy indicator system.The indicator system includes three first-level indicators of labor concept,labor ability,and labor quality Among them,the labor concept includes three aspects of labor emotion,labor attitude and labor values,labor ability includes four aspects of labor knowledge,labor skills,labor cooperation and labor innovation,and labor quality includes three aspects of labor spirit,labor habits and labor will.Based on the index system,the weight coefficient of each index is calculated through the analytic hierarchy process,and the primary school pupils’ labor literacy evaluation model is obtained:Y=0.38X1+0.35X2+0.27X3,where Y is the primary school pupils’ labor literacy,X1 is the labor concept,X2 is the labor ability,and X3 is the labor quality.(3)Preliminary construction of a questionnaire for primary school students’ labor literacy assessment Analyzing the reliability and validity of the evaluation questionnaire found that the Kronbach Alpha of the evaluation questionnaire was 0.906,and the scores of the first-level indicators and the correlation between the indicators and the total scale scores were significant.The results of analysis of variance based on the evaluation questionnaire show that students of different genders have significant differences in the scores of labor ability(F=10.20,P=0.001489)and labor quality(F=4.2867,P=0.038924).The novelty of the article’s research lies in the operational definition of primary school students’ labor literacy,and the development of corresponding evaluation questionnaires.The primary school students’labor literacy evaluation model is initially constructed.The research focuses on the establishment of the index system and the construction of the evaluation model.The difficulty lies in the development of the evaluation questionnaire.The lack of research is mainly manifested in the evaluation tools that need to be further improved,and the research sample is relatively small.
