This study based on the "teacher’s professional ethics","artificial intelligence","build" three key words,through the analysis of the existing literature and research,found that the existing literature research on artificial intelligence era of teachers’ professional ethics is insufficient,lack of existence theory,therefore,this study in order to "artificial intelligence under the construction of teachers’ professional ethics" as the theme,insight into the specific time background of teachers’ professional ethics,the influence of original in-depth analysis of artificial intelligence to the teachers’ professional ethics influence,In this paper,we discuss how to reconstruct the professional ethics norms of teachers that adapt to the development of The Times,so as to promote the professional development of teachers,and also provide a basis for the further improvement and revision of professional ethics norms in China.This research takes science and technology ethics and teacher ethics as the main theoretical basis,and takes literature research,comparative research and text analysis as the main research methods.It is found that both in theory and in practice,the existing teacher professional ethics system is deficient,and the system will change both inside and outside under the background of artificial intelligence.In order to cope with this change,the professional ethics of teachers should have the corresponding realistic form.The steps,views and conclusions are included in the following five sections:The first part: elaborates the changing trend of teacher professional ethics underThe positive and constructive role of teacher professional ethics in professional life is very obvious: inspire public confidence,guide professional behavior,and guide new members to abide by the ethical norms.With the rapid development of artificial intelligence,the inevitable trend of the development of school education will be the deeper integration of artificial intelligence and education,which will reshape the educational form with stronger flexibility,inclusiveness and personalization.The deep integration of artificial intelligence and education has brought great influence on the professional development of teachers,which makes the professional ethics norms of teachers adapt to The Times or repel The Times.The professional ethics of teachers caused by the "man-machine" relationship in education is in front of us urgently.Therefore,combining with the background of artificial intelligence era,it is imperative to clarify the changes of teacher professional ethics,clarify the ideal form of teacher professional ethics construction,explore the realistic dilemma of teacher professional ethics construction,and construct teacher professional ethics under artificial intelligence.artificial intelligence.Under artificial intelligence,the content,goal,spirit and boundary of teacher professional ethics have changed unprecedentedly,which puts forward more diversified,rich and profound value demands for the connotation of teacher professional ethics.Therefore,the reconstruction of teacher professional ethics is imperative.Starting from the universal significance of ethics in the profession,western researchers put forward that the role of a professional ethics in the education profession can be divided into two aspects: internal and external.Therefore,this paper analyzes the new changes of teacher professional ethics in the internal and external.In the internal norms,it mainly includes the expansion and extension of text content,the play and increase of teachers’ self-discipline;Outside of the specification,it mainly includes the diversification of generating methods,the expansion of application scope and the differentiation of professional characteristics.The second part: the complete construction of ethical norms must be considered from the basis,objective,content,principles and other aspects.This study discusses the ideal form of teacher professional ethics under the background of artificial intelligence from four aspects: goal,principle,content and basis.First of all,in terms of building principles,the author puts forward four principles for building teacher professional ethics under the background of artificial intelligence on the basis of analyzing the existing research results and drawing lessons from the American Code of Ethics for Education Professional and the Declaration of Professional Ethics of Education International.Namely responsibility principle,human subjectivity principle,life concern principle,community spirit principle.Secondly,in terms of the basis for the construction,both the education policies issued by China since the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the relevant development strategies of "AI + Education" issued in the era of artificial intelligence provide a realistic basis for the construction of teacher professional ethics.Thirdly,in the aspect of constructing content,combining the four basic principles,it analyzes in detail the concrete contents of four aspects: teachers and students,teachers and themselves,teachers and majors,and teachers and society.Finally,in terms of building goals,firstly,it is necessary to ensure that the professional ethics of teachers under the background of artificial intelligence should keep the right direction,have a certain height and reflect the characteristics of The Times;secondly,it is necessary to make the professional ethics play an important guiding role in teachers’ teaching activities and guide teachers’ professional ethics practice.The third part: based on the artificial intelligence under the ideal shape of teachers’ professional ethics construction of analysis,this study suggests the construction of teachers’ professional ethics is the following problem: first,in theory,artificial intelligence under the teachers’ professional ethics construction in China lags behind that of developed countries,our country existing defect of teachers’ professional ethics system;Second,in practice,the following problems: the teachers’ professional ethics practice of dynamic and static of ethical norms conflict is inevitable,moral self-discipline characteristics caused by the weakness of heteronomy,smart technology of ethical moral responsibility to evade,teachers’ role brought by the lack of resistance,the contradiction between learning data privacy protection and open sharing.All of these pose problems to the construction of teachers’ professional ethics under artificial intelligence,and all of them need to be solved urgently.The fourth part: Based on the previous discussion,the author puts forward the strategies to break through the dilemma of constructing teachers’ professional ethics norms under artificial intelligence.This study puts forward a multi-dimensional approach to break through the dilemma of teacher professional ethics under artificial intelligence from five aspects: first,institutional review: the establishment of teacher professional ethics under artificial intelligence;Second,role review: the redefinition of the role of professional ethics of teachers;Third,the emotional review: teachers’ ethical and moral responsibility to adhere to the care of education emotion;Fourth,human nature review:return to the origin of education and practice life education.The fifth part: In order to better carry out the professional ethics of teachers,this paper puts forward some targeted suggestions,in order to remove the obstacles for the implementation and implementation of the professional ethics of teachers.The implementation of teachers’ professional ethics under artificial intelligence should start from the government,which must pay attention to and implement relevant laws and policies.Official media vigorously propagandized to create a strong social atmosphere,and each media carried out propaganda under the guidance of the government’s example.Teachers themselves should improve their ethical quality,and the three factors together contribute to the implementation of teacher professional ethics,so as to ensure that teacher professional ethics are accepted,recognized and practiced by education professionals.
