The rise of artificial intelligence technology marks the beginning of the "intelligent" era.In order to speed up the construction process of China’s artificial intelligence education system,in 2017,《the new generation of artificial intelligence development plan 》 wrote the construction of high-end artificial intelligence talent team into the national document for the first time.In this regard,the efficiency maximization of intelligent services will be the first priority to build an intelligent society,and intelligent education is one of the important starting points.The application of artificial intelligence technology in the field of education stands out,at the same time,there are some unexpected phenomena.If we can’t deal with them properly,education will become the "vassal" of artificial intelligence technology and lose its educational value.When analyzing the strategic situation of artificial intelligence,the plan emphasizes that because of the uncertainty of artificial intelligence,it is very likely to bring unpredictable risks to various industries.We need to identify all risks in time to avoid the crisis caused by the use of technology.Therefore,it is extremely necessary to predict the ethical risks of the application of Artificial Intelligence in the field of education and put forward reasonable suggestions to avoid these risks,which will help to reduce the ethical risks of the application of Artificial Intelligence in education and ensure the smooth implementation of the <plan> in the future education process.This paper adopts the methods of literature review and theoretical analysis.After reading a large number of papers,the author clarifies the concept of Artificial Intelligence and ethical risk,learns from the relevant ideas of educational ethics and technical ethics,discusses the ethical risks that will appear when artificial intelligence is applied to education,analyze the reasons for these ethical risks,and finally try to find a realistic path to avoid these ethical risks.The specific contents and viewpoints include:First of all,based on the literature to make their own understanding of Artificial Intelligence and ethical risk,this paper briefly introduces the classification of weak,strong and super Artificial Intelligence,the basic characteristics of deep learning,cross-border integration,human-computer cooperation and its application attempt and prediction in the field of education,which lays a factual foundation for the discussion of ethical risk in the future.Secondly,using the ideas of educational ethics and technological ethics for reference,this paper predicts the ethical risks of the application of Artificial Intelligence in Education: in terms of human rights,there are ethical risks of educational subjects and intelligent teaching machines;in terms of technology,there are ethical risks that manual operation affects decision-making,data algorithm security and technology abuse;in terms of generation,it may change the intergenerational relationship and social transformation in the process of teaching In terms of responsibility,there are ethical risks of unclear accountability.Thirdly,based on the discussion of ethical risks,this paper analyses the causes of these ethical risks,including the contradiction between the advanced technology of Artificial Intelligence and the lagging theoretical construction,the insufficient development of the integration of AI and education,the lack of ethical regulation of the application of AI in education,and the weak sense of human responsibility.Finally,according to the causes of the above ethical risks,the author puts forward his own opinions to avoid these ethical risks: accelerating the pace of theoretical construction,facilitating the construction and innovation of Artificial Intelligence education theory and its ethics and interdisciplinary;boosting the deep integration of Artificial Intelligence and education,creating a superior integration environment and technology exchange platform,and upgrading the application of Artificial Intelligence in education.We should strengthen the sense of people’s responsibility,cultivate their information and moral quality,and establish a harmonious symbiotic and even the educational relationship with the machine,so as to prepare for the application of Artificial Intelligence in the field of education,and seek higher quality and efficient learning services.
