Research On The Construction Of Evaluation Index System Of Technical And Tactical Ability Of Excellent Women’s Volleyball The Opposite Spiker In The Context Of "Big National Team"

With the continuous progress and development of volleyball techniques and tactics in China and the evolution of volleyball rules,the division of responsibilities among players in different positions has become clearer and clearer,gradually developing towards specialization,and the role of the opposite spiker has become more and more prominent.Many articles point out that the second passer has become the core of the offense to help strong teams win.Therefore,some experts suggest that the Chinese team should also take the path of "strong Opposite Spiker",while some scholars believe that the Chinese women’s volleyball team should continue to uphold the traditional tactical concept of playing "small and fast" and insist that the Opposite Spiker should be the main function of protection.In modern volleyball,the scoring contribution rate of the setter is gradually increasing,and even become the first scoring point of the team,the Opposite Spiker must have a certain offensive ability has become a consensus,but the biggest feature of Chinese women’s volleyball tactics different from other strong teams is that the main attacker is the core of the attack,the Opposite Spiker in the first pass system at the same time,in the right flank with the secondary attackers to form a flexible and versatile offensive system,so the Chinese women’s volleyball team on the Opposite Spiker In 2013,Lang Ping returned to the helm of the Chinese women’s volleyball team,and her coaching team,with the concept of "big national team" in mind,no longer followed the traditional training method of the national team,and made changes in the scale and number of players in the training.In the face of many Opposite Spikers,how to choose the player who will help the team win the most? Only through scientific and accurate evaluation of the technical and tactical ability of the players can the right choice be made.At present,most of the research on the receiver players is to compare the differences between the technical and tactical abilities of Chinese and foreign receivers and then give guiding opinions,but there is a lack of research on the evaluation of the technical and tactical abilities of the receivers.Based on this,this paper tries to establish a scientific,systematic and objective evaluation system for the technical and tactical ability of excellent female volleyball Opposite Spikers,which is of certain practical significance for coaches to select players and organize targeted training.This paper adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method and Delphi method to screen and optimize the indexes,and uses hierarchical analysis method to determine the weight of indexes at all levels.The video observation method and mathematical statistics method were also used to analyze the nine Opposite Spikers of the top eight teams in the Chinese Women’s Super League for the 2020-2021 season,and the results of the study were as follows.This paper adopts literature method,questionnaire survey method and Delphi method to screen and optimize the indexes,and uses hierarchical analysis method to determine the weight of indexes at all levels.The video observation method and mathematical statistics method were also used to analyze the nine Opposite Spikers of the top eight teams in the Chinese Women’s Super League for the 2020-2021 season,and the results of the study were as follows.(1)This paper constructs an evaluation system of technical and tactical ability of excellent female volleyball Opposite Spiker and second passer in the context of "big national team",including4 primary indicators,12 secondary indicators and 35 tertiary indicators.(2)According to the theory of hierarchical analysis,the software "yaahp10.3" was used to determine the weight values of indicators at all levels.Among them,the index of "snapping ability" has the largest weighting coefficient(0.5361),which indicates that the offensive ability is still the most important technical ability for the Opposite Spiker to have.The weighting coefficient of the safeguard ability ranks second(0.2694),indicating that the role of Chinese Opposite Spikers in receiving and serving and defensive counterattacking should not be neglected as well.(3)This study formed 35 three-level indicators and comprehensive weights,which can visually see the contribution rate of each indicator to the overall technical and tactical ability of the players.By checking the contribution rate of each index to the overall strength of the Opposite Spiker,it can help the Opposite Spiker to find the gaps and make up for the shortcomings,which is conducive to the coaches to organize targeted special training,so as to improve the individual athletic ability of the players and the overall level of competition of the team.(4)This study analyzed the match data of nine Opposite Spikers from the top eight teams of the Chinese Women’s Super League in the 2020-2021 season and formulated the corresponding evaluation criteria,including single index rating criteria,comprehensive rating criteria and ranking evaluation criteria.It is advantageous for the players to compare different technical and tactical ability scores among themselves through the evaluation result scores,and compare the degree of mastery of different technical and tactical aspects in order to conduct targeted training to improve;through the comparison between the players themselves and other players,it is convenient to judge the ranking of the players in the group.(5)The technical and tactical ability evaluation system of excellent women’s volleyball Opposite Spiker and second passer in the context of "big national team" constructed in this study can help coaches at all levels to provide theoretical indicators in player selection,daily training and match substitution by analyzing the results of technical and tactical ability indexes of athletes at all levels,which is instructive.
