Aim:Taking five key athletes of Beijing Greco-Roman wrestling Team as study subject, this paper explores the relationship between load and movement velocity in daily strength training, provides theoretical reference for the individualized arrangement of strength training plan for elite Greco-Roman Wrestlers, and analyses and probes into the physical training plan and the results of phased athletic ability test during the winter training preparation period.Method:By using the methods of documentation, expert interview, test and mathematical statistics, this study compares the physical ability indexes of five key athletes of Beijing Greco-Roman Wrestling Team in three stages: pre-winter training,mid-winter training and post-winter training. In addition,real-time monitoring of athletes' movement velocity in the process of daily strength training is carried out,and the training load is regulated according to the change of movement velocity in strength training.Result:Results:(1)The training plan of five key athletes of Beijing GrecoRoman Wrestling Team was divided into five stages during winter training: basic strength adaptation period, strength enhancement period, explosive power enhancement period, explosive endurance enhancement period and Pre-competition reduction period. The corresponding training plans were formulated according to different stages of training objectives;(2)During the winter training of five key athletes of Beijing Greco-Roman Wrestling Team, the indexes of body function, agility, maximum strength, explosive power, upper limb endurance and explosive intermittent endurance in mid-winter training and post-winter training tests were all better than those in the pre-winter training(all indexes P<0.05);(3)In the strength test of five key athletes of Beijing Greco-Roman Wrestling Team during the pre-winter,mid-winter and post-winter training, the correlation coefficients R between the average velocity and load of Bench Press and Back Squat movements were 0.99 and 0.98(P<0.05),respectively,and the average maximum effort speed of squat movements was 0.30±0.03m/s.Conclusion:(1)In the pre-winter training,mid-winter training and post-winter training tests, the average velocity of Bench Press and Back Squat movements of key athletes from Beijing Greco-Roman Wrestling Team is highly positively correlated with the load, and does not fluctuate with the increase or decrease of 1RM;(2)In the training environment with real-time monitoring conditions,MVT is used as the basis for adjusting the strength training load, paying attention to the training status of athletes, reducing the training load or adjusting the training plan if necessary;(3)After the strength and conditioning training during the winter training, the level of athletic ability of five key athletes of Beijing Greco-Roman Wrestling Team have been improved to a certain extent.
