The modern children’s education system is developing in the trend of socialization.As an important part of the children’s education system,community education has become one of the important places for children’s social growth,and undertakes the important responsibility of cultivating children’s social growth.In the process of children’s socialization,the formation of early prosocial behavior plays an important role in improving children’s social adaptability and self-development.Therefore,we need to focus on how to improve the effect of Pro social behavior training in children’s community education to meet the needs of children’s social growth.In recent years,the social work profession in China has developed rapidly,the communication between communities and social work organizations has gradually increased,and professional social workers have begun to get involved in the community governance service field.City C is located in Hunan Province,and its social service level and development of social work institutions are representative general cities in China.This study will use semi-structured interview,participatory observation,questionnaire survey to conduct an in-depth investigation on the status quo of prosocial behavior cultivation in children’s community education in C City,focusing on analyzing the difficulties and causes of the current prosocial behavior cultivation in children’s community education in C City,and taking the analysis results as a reference.The three working methods of community,group and individual case were used to carry out the practice of social work involvement in the cultivation of prosocial behaviors in children’s community education,to explore the effect of social work involvement,and finally to summarize the harvest from practice,so as to provide effective suggestions for the cultivation of prosocial behaviors in the intervention of social work in children’s community education.This study found that the current children’s community education in C city due to the community education participants lack professional knowledge of prosocial behavior,the low level of resource development inside and outside the community,and the lack of professional support in the content of prosocial behavior training in children’s community education,resulting in thecultivation of prosocial behavior of children’s community education in C city falls into the dilemma of the lack of professionalism of community education participants,the imperfect management of community resources,and the effect of the cultivation of prosocial behavior is not obvious.By summarizing the research findings and practical gains in this study,the author summarizes the suggestions of social work intervention in the cultivation of prosocial behavior in children’s community education,including three principles and four countermeasures.The principles includes strengthening the guidance of theory on intervention mode and method,deepening the problem orientation of social work intervention strategy formulation,and grasping the role orientation of social workers in each intervention stage.The countermeasures includes proposes to promote the construction of talent team in community education,pay attention to the mining link and overall planning of community resources in the process of intervention,and strengthen the professional evaluation of third-party institutions In order to improve the training effect of social work intervention in children’s community education,we should carry out the guidance and strengthen the synergy between family and school education.
