Rural culture is marginalized under the impact of urban culture and is gradually ignored by people.People expect to promote cultural development through economic construction, but they still cannot change the fact that the village is "cultural desert",and it is urgent to promote the cultural construction and revitalization of the village.Education and culture are closely related. If you want to revitalize rural culture, you must go through education.Rural schools are the most important bases for rural culture and important positions for the implementation of rural education. They play a role in promoting the development and inheritance of excellent rural culture. This research takes a rural elementary school as the research object, with rural education based on the perspective of rural cultural construction as the main content, explores the advantages of rural education, analyzes the remaining problems, and discusses how rural education can gather strength to help rural cultural construction. The first part is the theoretical review of pastoral education. As a new attempt of rural education reform, pastoral education has gradually expanded its influence to rural cultural construction and revitalization.Based on the rural cultural construction theory of Lenin and Xi Jinping,as well as the rural education theories of Liang Shuming and Tao Xingzhi, this paper discusses the ways to build a rural education system and promote rural cultural construction. In addition, when the author summarized the relevant literature,I found that the research on pastoral education was not comprehensive enough, limited to the specific implementation of pastoral courses and schools, and insufficient attention was paid to the function and significance of promoting rural cultural construction. The second part analyzes the advantages of pastoral education and the problems existing in its implementation with Y school as a case.School Y is rooted in the local pastoral culture and revolutionary culture, and carries out pastoral education according to the characteristics of the school and students. The educational activities are well prepared, rich in content, diverse in methods, and diverse in teaching evaluation. However, there are also insufficient pastoral education systems and insufficient joint forces.Sufficient, insufficient teacher ability and other issues. In the third part, pastoral education is a booster for the construction of rural culture, and it needs to be further enriched and developed.Schools need to fully excavate local cultural and educational resources, combine local culture and school culture, build a rural cultural education system, form a rural cultural elite team led by rural teachers, and make it clear that the training goal of rural education is to develop rural youth in all-round way——A new force in rural construction. It is unrealistic to rely solely on pastoral education in schools to promote rural cultural construction. It also requires strong support from the government, guarantees the introduction and implementation of policies, and unites various forces from all walks of life to comprehensively promote the construction and revitalization of rural culture.
