As an important measure to realize the strategy of rural revitalization,rural cultural construction has always been highly valued by the party and the state.The construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers as the endogenous driving force of rural basic education is the foundation of rural cultural construction.Therefore,to promote the construction of rural culture,we must firmly grasp the construction of the teaching staff.However,in the process of building rural primary and secondary school teachers,the relationship between rural cultural construction and teacher service team construction is confused,the promotion of the construction of the rural team and the role of rural cultural construction in the construction of the teaching staff are neglected,resulting in rural The construction of primary and secondary school teachers has been blocked.First of all,this study analyzes the status quo and predicament of rural cultural construction in China,and uses the theory of human capital,cultural identity and the theory of sustainable development of education to explore the relationship between the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers and the construction of rural culture.The coordinated development has a positive and far-reaching impact on rural development.Secondly,this study takes Qingminghe Township of Xiaogan City as an example to analyze the representativeness of the township from the perspectives of region,economy,culture and value orientation.The analysis of the status quo,problems and causes finally leads to the following conclusions: First,the rural primary and secondary school teachers and the rural cultural construction promote each other and complement each other;secondly,the rural primary and secondary school teachers are aging,the teacher's education constitutes an imbalance,professional identity Poor feelings,lack of endogenous motivation for the construction of teachers;Third,the reasons for the construction of rural primary and secondary school teachers are mainly divided into policy factors,environmental factors,social factors,school cultural institutional factors,and teachers' own development factors.Based on the above research conclusions,this study proposes the following countermeasures.First,increase the implementation of national policies and improve institutional guarantees;second,reshape the school environment and improve the evaluation mechanism of teacher development;third,give play to social support and leading role,reconstruct rural education culture,and enhance teachers' professional identity Fourth,change the concept of teachers and improve the quality of teachers.Solve the problem of teachers in various villages,and use the teacher as the central radiation point to promote the construction of rural culture.The integration and development of the two,and the coordinated development of the two have a positive and positive effect on rural development in China.
