| The relationship between health concept cognition and exercise behavior is not a single item,but formed in the process of mutual influence between the two in the complex situation of society.Therefore,analyzing the relationship between health concept cognition and exercise behavior requires attention to the impact of social and cultural context on cognition and behavior.With the deepening of reform and opening up,a large number of Western thoughts have been introduced into China,and the influence of Chinese and Western cultures on the perception of health concepts cannot be ignored.In the context of the integration of Chinese and Western cultures,the purpose of this research is to explore the relationship between health concept cognition and exercise methods.Various theories and models in the field of exercise psychology are usually ushered in to illustrate the changes in individual exercise behaviors,such as cross-theoretical models,planned behavior theories,and health belief models.Most of these theories and models can be used to explain and predict individual behavior.Exercise behavior is used to describe how exercise behavior occurs and how to maintain it,but it cannot explain individual differences in exercise methods.Based on this,this study collected information from 764 respondents through a questionnaire about the concept of health of college students.First,use excel statistical data to correct and delete irregular data.Then,use SPSS26.0 to perform descriptive statistics,independent sample t-test,one-way analysis of variance,and correlation analysis on the related variables of exercise mode,lifestyle and health concept cognition to understand the status quo of exercise mode and lifestyle of students,and The association with the concept of health.Finally,use AMO to verify the constructed theoretical model.The results show that:1)As far as the subjects of this study are concerned,most of the students can maintain their intensity at a medium or above level during exercise,but the exercise frequency is not high.Nearly half of the students have irregular work and rest,and a small number of students have unhealthy diets.Among them,students with higher average scores on the health concept cognition achievement dimension are more inclined to get up on time and eat fruits and vegetables regularly;students with higher average scores on the health evaluation dimension are more inclined to drink sugary drinks frequently.2)Based on the survey objects of this research,the differences in the four dimensions of the composition,source,substance,and achievement of health concept cognition for students with different exercise frequencies are statistically significant.Students with different exercise intensities have statistically significant differences in the attainment dimensions of health concept cognition.There is a difference.Among them,the higher the student’s average score on the cognition component of health concept,the higher the exercise frequency;the higher the student’s average score on the health achievement dimension,the higher the exercise frequency and exercise intensity.3)This study found that in the choice of physical education courses,students with higher average scores on the cognitive function dimension of health concepts are more inclined to choose courses such as table tennis,badminton,and football;students with lower average scores are more inclined Yu chooses sports courses such as cheerleading and tennis.In the selection of extracurricular exercises,students who are worthy of higher scores in terms of the composition,evaluation,substance,function,and achievement dimensions of health concept cognition are more inclined to participate in collective direct confrontation sports;in health concept cognition evaluation,Students with lower scores in terms of substance,function,and achievement are more inclined to participate in individual direct confrontation sports;students with higher average scores in the cognitive evaluation of health concepts and achievement dimensions are more inclined to participate in technical performance sports;Students with lower average scores on the health concept evaluation dimension are more inclined to participate in outdoor adventure sports.4)Individual cognition of health concepts can have a positive impact on students’ exercise methods.The composition,evaluation,source,substance and function of health concepts cognition have the greatest impact on students’ exercise methods,and the attainment dimension of health concepts cognition has an impact the smallest.After analysis,it is concluded that there are differences in the evaluation,source,substance and function of the individual’s health concept cognition,and this difference will affect the individual’s exercise style.Preliminary judgments suggest that the differences in individual perceptions of health concepts may be related to differences in Chinese and Western cultures. |
