| With the development of society,the new era endows college physical education with a new historical mission.College physical education,as the key link of school physical education,shoulders the responsibility of carrying out the fundamental task of "building morality and educating people",implementing the guiding ideology of "health first" and constructing the "four in one" target system.In recent years,the government has issued a series of guiding documents on the development of university physical education.Under this background,domestic universities have launched various reform measures in order to implement relevant policy documents and implement the reform of physical education,among which the teaching mode of university sports clubs has been an effective exploration.Due to the short development time,the development model of university sports clubs in China is still in the exploratory stage.The main factors that restrict the reform process of university sports clubs are the lack of human,material and financial resources.Therefore,based on the theory of resource integration,using the methods of literature review,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and expert interview,this study combs the general difficulties faced by the development of university sports clubs in China,analyzes the core characteristics of the development of university sports clubs in combination with the reform direction of Hubei University sports clubs,and explores the reform path of Hubei University sports clubs,and draws the following conclusions:1.There are some problems in the sports development of Hubei University,such as lack of organization and management structure and integration of sports resources.Through combing the successful experience and failure lessons of the reform of university sports clubs in China,this paper analyzes and summarizes that university sports clubs in China should have the universal characteristics of student-centered,rich curriculum system and diversified teaching evaluation.2.From the perspective of resource integration,it is proposed to establish an overall and coordinated organizational management structure;Create a club curriculum system with systematic linkage;Innovative multi-level evaluation methods;Building a unified and shared platform of teaching information resources. |
