2013,the ministry of education began to revise general high school curriculum standards,and in January 2018,the general high school chemistry curriculum standard(2017)will be promulgated.The new curriculum standard defined the high school chemistry is that the foundation education course liking up with the compulsory education chemical or science courses.It is the important carrier of the implementation of khalid ents basic task,the development of quality education,promoting the scientific spirit,improving the core literacy".Chemistry teaching resource is the knowledge carrier for chemistry teachers to carry out chemistry teaching.It is the teaching material chosen by chemistry teachers based on the teaching knowledge and students' situation and in order to achieve the teaching goal.According to the latest requirements of the new curriculum standards,the current chemistry teaching resources can not meet the teaching requirements of the new curriculum,nor can achieve the basic tasks of the implementation of khalid ents.This requires teachers understand and handle the teaching material,integrate and develop the new teaching resources based on the new curriculum requirements,the specific situation of the students and the school's teaching environment,for the reason of implementing of the basic task of khalid ents.Teachers to teaching material for further processing is actually the process of the integration of teaching resources for further development and use based on the basic theory of pedagogy psychology and combination with learning and teaching environment.Based on the analysis of the new curriculum standards,this paper excavated the specific requirements and suggestions about the chemistry teaching resources construction from the new new curriculum standards.And combined thedeficiency existing in the current chemistry teaching resources construction,the author chosened the literature resources,information technology resources as the objects to integrate and develop the chemistry teaching resources.In order to improve the chemistry teaching resources research and at the same time to provide suggestions for the chemistry teachers in chemistry teaching.The structure and main idea of this paper are as follows:Introduction,mainly about the content of the research background,research method,research significance,research status at home and abroad and the paper expounds the main research contents,research methods.Chapter 1: the definition of the core concept,including the interpretation of the concept about the teaching resources and the chemistry teaching resources.Chapter 2: the research status,mainly involves the statistical analysis of the research on teaching resources and chemistry teaching resources at home and abroad,and focuses on the research and analysis of chemical teaching resources.Chapter 3: the guidance about chemistry teaching resources construction in the new curriculum standard : Analysis of main content for the new curriculum standard with the old curriculum standard,digging the specific requirements about the constructions of the chemistry teaching resources in the new curriculum standard.Chapter 4: text resources,including two parts,chemical history resources and periodical resources.Clear the value of periodical resources and chemical history resources in chemistry teaching.Renew the compulsory teaching material of chemistry history by the development of the main line,and gives corresponding to the forefront of the knowledge content of the chapters theme.Making up for the lack of the history of chemical resources in teaching materials.The following combination of chemical history resources to demonstrate how to use chemical history resources for chemistry teaching in specific teaching cases.In addition,chemical history and cutting-edge knowledge materials are given in the appendix,which can be used by chemistry teachers.Chapter 5: information technology resources,introduces a software named Crocodile Chemistry 605 and the role of Crocodile Chemistry 605 in Chemistry experiment teaching.Through the concrete case shows the software application in the chemical experiment teaching,embody the value of information technology resources in Chemistry experiment teaching.Chapter 6: chemistry teaching resources integration,determine the meaning of theteaching resources integration as well as the principle.Through the concrete teaching case to show how to integrate information technology resources and text resources effectively,improve the teaching quality.Chapter 7: research conclusion,reflection and outlook: combining with the above research,giving the suggestions from the chemical teaching resource construction and the chemistry teaching.Combined with the research of reflection,the future research was discussed.Integrate and develop the chemistry teaching resources is the response about the require “encourage chemistry teacher master personnel training requirements and improve teaching design from two aspects of teaching depth breadth" in the new curriculum standard.It can be used for teaching material reprocessing for chemistry teachers,and the integrated development of resources can provide suggestions for reference and promote its own professional development.Secondly,it is also a practical response to the proposal to strengthen the development of chemistry teaching resources in the new curriculum standard,and further promote the improvement of the construction of chemical teaching resources through specific contents.Finally,the new resources can also be the positive effect for students with different levels indifferent parts.It can also used in the actual teaching,subtle influence students' thinking,promote students multidimensional thinking to solve problems from various angles.And provide the suggestions about chemical teaching for chemistry teachers to achieve the final goal of cultivating application-oriented comprehensive talents and implementing the basic task of khalid ents.
