Social enterprises to make up for the public sector to provide social services and lack of capacity to improve the private sector in the social welfare "market failure" of a new form of organization,has been a positive response at home and abroad.However,the current situation,the domestic and foreign social enterprises have a serious growth difficulties,small scale,short duration,the mode of operation is not mature,the scope of radiation mainly in poverty alleviation,pension,education and other low-tech fields.To overcome the difficulties of social enterprises to develop an effective way is to allow social enterprises to obtain a sustained competitive advantage.Previous research suggests that critical resources or capabilities are key to success in enabling companies to compete.Therefore,the fundamental solution to the core problem of social enterprise growth dilemma is to carry out effective resource integration.However,at this stage of the study of resource integration,scholars mainly from the perspective of traditional commercial enterprises to study.Social enterprises to pursue dual goals,different from the pursuit of business goals of commercial enterprises,the traditional business enterprise resource integration theory completely copied to the social enterprise is not appropriate.In addition,domestic and foreign scholars on the integration of social enterprise resources research is very scarce,and not from the practical level of social enterprise resource integration path and its evolution aspects of deep-seated research,did not form a complete theoretical framework.Based on the theoretical research gaps and the reality of the existence of social enterprises growth dilemma,this article to Shenzhen residual friends group as the research object,using case study method,through a variety of data sources for data collection,the residual resource integration path and its The dynamic evolution of the social enterprises to explore the effective way to break through the dilemma of social enterprises,that is,Starting from the typical business case,we start with the thorough analysis of the resource integration path of social enterprises,so as to construct a unique evolutionary model of the resource integration path of social enterprises.Specifically,this study has the following conclusions:First,the strategic thinking of social entrepreneurs based on dual missions is the key to social enterprises' access to resources.Second,with the evolution of life cycle to upgrade the mode of integration of resources is the root cause of the competitive advantage of social enterprises.Third,the ultimate goal of social enterprise resource integration is to create a self-sustaining public welfare ecosystem.In this paper,the social enterprise resource integration path in-depth study,for the first time to build a social enterprise resource integration path dynamic evolution model,enrich the social enterprise research content at the same time,for the social enterprise survival and development provides practical guidance.As this article is a single case study,there are limitations in terms of duplication and so on,the future can be from the case study and other ways to verify the conclusions of this paper.
