Research On The Optimization Of Budget Management In H University

Education has always been an inexhaustible driving force for the prosperity of our party and country.With the vigorous development of national education,financial investment in education industry is more and more.As the training base of high-end talents,colleges and universities constantly cultivate high-quality,refined and top-notch talents for the country,which is the main object of national financial support.In recent years,with the full implementation of "government accounting standards system" in Colleges and universities,higher requirements have been put forward for the financial management of colleges and universities.Taking budget management as the core work of university financial management is an important means to improve the efficiency of university funds.Optimizing the budget management of colleges and universities can effectively improve their financial management level and accelerate the development of higher education.This paper uses the methods of literature research,actual investigation and case analysis to optimize the budget management of H University.First of all,access to information,in-depth understanding of domestic and foreign research status of university budget management,clear the characteristics of budget management,budget preparation methods,preparation principles and the whole process of budget management;second,take H University as an example,study the current situation of H university budget management,and find that the main problems are unscientific budget preparation methods,unreasonable preparation contents and inadequate implementation control Secondly,combined with the actual situation of H University,this paper puts forward a variety of methods of budget preparation to improve the budget management level of H University Finally,it analyzes the expected effect and provides the safeguard measures for the optimization scheme,and prospects combined with the research conclusions.I hope that the optimization scheme proposed in this paper can effectively improve the current situation of budget management in H University,improve the level of budget management,ensure the efficient use of budget funds,and also hope that the research conclusions of this paper can provide reference and suggestions for other universities with common problems.
