Research On Budget Management Of Private C College

The private colleges have been set up by social forces,which have improved the supply of education services to colleges and universities.The rise of private independent colleges has promoted the modernization of education and the development of the economy and society.Due to limited sources of funds and limited resources,private independent colleges have more specific needs for budget management.It is an urgent need for private independent colleges to be able to allocate resources rationally and efficiently,analyze budget targets carefully,and keep rolling development in a steady and healthy way.This article is based on this point,and it is an independent college with a multi-disciplinary private C college.The budget management system of private C colleges has been analyzed,and solutions and optimization measures have been put forward.The research content is divided into six contents to elaborate.The first chapter is an introduction,which mainly discusses the development process,background and current situation of budget management at home and abroad.According to the characteristics of private C College,this paper puts forward the research ideas and research framework.The second chapter is the theoretical foundation,mainly on budget management and related theories,and as the theoretical basis of this paper,it is proposed that private budget management should be integrated into risk management and strategic management theory.The paper introduces the current financial management status of private independent colleges,which is different from the characteristics of public colleges,and mainly discusses the financial management background and current situation of private independent colleges.The third chapter discusses the current financial management status and characteristics of private C colleges,including the current budget system,compilation and implementation of private C colleges.Noting the problems in the budget management of the college;The fourth chapter is to construct the budget management system of private C college.To define the strategic development objectives of college C and to make detailed analysis of its budget management system,process,content,implementation,regulation and control,evaluation and encouragement.The paper proposes a comprehensive budget method to measure financial targets,and to refine and manage budget projects.Chapter five is the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the budget management level of private C colleges;Chapter six is the conclusion and prospect of this paper.It is hoped that this article will help improve the budget management level of private and independent colleges and universities,and improve the financial management mechanism of private independent colleges.Provide reference for sustained and healthy development.
